The open-plan living and dining area is well-proportioned for two - a sectional sofa, TV with soundbar, and a four-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and a stone benchtop island. Warm tones, travel books, and considered styling throughout - it feels like somewhere to stay, not just somewhere to sleep.
The bedroom has a queen bed, warm floor lamps on both sides, and a direct door through to the ensuite. Tiled floor to ceiling in warm stone, backlit round mirror, floating vanity, and a glass shower stocked with products. There`s also washer/dryer.

One free car park are included with the apartment - directly at the front of the entrance (Please park in angle) . For those arriving without a car, bus route 1 runs directly from Queenstown Airport to the front of the complex, making it very accessible even without a car.

We`d love you to feel at home while also helping us care for the space.
As per council requirements, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am out of respect for neighbouring residents.
No parties or unregistered overnight guests.
No smoking or vaping inside.
Please lock doors and turn off all appliances when you leave the property. Leave the key in the lockbox.
If something gets damaged, just let us know so we can sort it quickly.
