This amazing 1 bedroom renovated apartment is ready to be your base for your holiday to Queenstown and surrounding area.

With amazing views over Lake Whakatipu, you'll love your stay here.

Situated between Queenstown Airport and the Queenstown township, it is an easy trip into town or to the new “Five Mile Shopping Center”.

The apartment has a separate bedroom, a separate bathroom and the lounge / kitchen with those views out to Lake Whakatipu. A large balcony with outdoor furniture is also available.

One assigned carpark is included for the duration of your stay.

Please note, there are 2 flights of stairs from the carpark to access the apartment.

Loved the apts position being so close to the lake and lakeside track. Apt had everything we needed. It was modern, clean and well equipped. Although it was a walk away from the centre of Queenstown it was close to the marina and the great brewery with an amazing vibe.

Excellenr place for a weekend in queenstown

This accomodation was excellation for my weekend away. Communication was great and having the bus stop to town right outside was perfect. Would stay here again

Great location. Room was very clean. The private parking space had someone parked in it when we arrived so that was obviously a pain. We thought the parking space was right out in front of the unit, but instead you have to walk up 30 steps to get to this unit carrying your luggage and everything else. It took us multiple trips to get everything up and down. We’re not spring chickens so it was a bit laborious for us. Had we known that we might have chosen a more simple property. And then the TV was all streaming which some I know like. But we just wanted to watch some world news and the TV would not cooperate. So we spent 3 nights in silence.

Beautiful location close to airport and town. Presented Beautifully and clean. Communication was amazing and check in a breeze. Definitely recommend.

Great base for exploring

A very tidy, comfortable, and well appointed unit. With the Frankton Track running along the bottom of the property, and a bus stop right outside, getting around is easy. We were doing lots of outdoor activities so having a washing machine on site was definitely appreciated. There is a bit of traffic noise from the road, so light sleepers would be well advised to bring ear plugs. Would happily stay again.

fabulous place to stay

Great location with stunning views. Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Fantastic communication from the host. Close to a main road but didn't hear much traffic once inside. Would definitely stay here again.
