Best beach house!

Gorgeous home with plenty of room for our whole family aged 70-2! Golf cart was a life saver for the beach. Had some of the best seafood meals at some fantastic restaurants. Also grilled and had a fun relaxing time!

Great Accommodations

There were 15 of us ranging in age from 8 to 73. The house was very nice and had enough room for all of us to spread out a little bit. The pool was great for the eight grandchildren as well as adults and the home’s proximity to the beach was an easy golf cart ride away. We had a great time!

Great place for large family

Everything was as advertised. The golf cart was a great convenience. We never walked to the beach which is almost a mile away from the house (the neighborhood entrance is only a half mile from the beach, but the house is another half mile from the entrance). We found the beach access off Spooky Lane a couple blocks east on 30A provided a larger beach area that was less crowded than the beach at the end of the road. The pool is spectacular. The property managers were very responsive.

Great stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The pool was awesome and it was a huge benefit to be right on the pool. The house and rooms were very clean and the perfect set up for our group. The elevator was awesome for the adults who couldn't climb all of the stairs. Our kids loved the pool table and games in the garage. Our only complaint is that the golf cart made weird noises and did not hold a charge. The beach access is nice and close, however the public beach is way too small for the busy area. We had to drive a bit to find a beach with enough room to enjoy ourselves. Overall, we had so much fun and would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

This house is in a great location, access to a really large pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach. The beach is beautiful! The house has some beach chairs and a few umbrellas but we decided to rent them on the beach for convenience. They set them up each day and it’s not as crowded in that area. The house was clean, great communication, and location. We’d definitely stay here again. We had 11 but it can definitely sleep way more. There is an elevator which helped my 78 year old mom greatly. The room that has two double beds on the 3rd does not have a door that separates it from the bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider when doing room assignments. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, we had a nice stay in this home, 12 of us with plenty of room. Owner was very responsive to any needs or questions.The home does appear to be showing some age, could benefit from new furniture, appliances, and overall sprucing up, and deep cleaning. We had a couple chairs break, not due to abuse by us. Cushions on outdoor furniture were dirty when flipped over due to rain. Living room loveseat has little support left. The door handle was broken to the top floor bedroom balcony. Someone did come to try to fix that but he stated he has already told the owners the door needs completely replace. He got us access with pliers on the door. The kitchen is sparsely stocked with some items, be prepared to supply toilet paper, paper towels etc. We had only 2 dish towels for the week.The golf cart also shakes badly, out of alignment.The pool was our favorite feature, we spent a lot of time in it. We were a little disappointed that the pool waterfalls are no longer in use. We asked someone attending the pool and we were told those have not been used since last year due to age and expense. We were a little disappointed on the 4th of July when we discovered the area homeowners had organized a party and arrived early in the morning and reserved all the chairs and tables directly in front of our house at the pool for the entire day. We moved to one of the other pools since there were so many people in front of the house we were staying in. Not a huge deal but a little awkward.

Perfect for families!

We had a family trip with ages ranging from 1-90! The property was BEAUTIFUL and right off the pool for the littles, with an elevator that helped move my grandmother from floor to floor! The golf cart made the 4 minute drive to the beach and food a breeze and the game room amenities were a blast! Would recommend!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We booked this property for a big family vacation. We had kids and adults and everyone had a wonderful time. The games including the pool table and ping pong table were really great to have. The quick access to the pool was so convenient for the kids. The golf cart made the beach and getting around really easy. Kim and Andy were so communicative throughout the check in and check out process and were available for any questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Annual Friend trip

This year we picked Destin for our annual family vacation. Every year we pick a different beach. The house fit our group very well. Every couple had their own room, kids were together. Pool was great. Loved the golf cart, we would have been lost without it. The beaches were a little crowded. Regarding the house itself, the dishwasher and coffee maker needs to be fixed/updated. The move in amenities were sparse, and general wear and tear in the house. Overall a great location.

Best Santa Rosa experience.

The owners were courteous and addressed any questions we had immediately. We had a household of 16 people and everyone enjoyed themselves. Will definitely book again!
