Arriving at "30A Oasis," you'll find parking for 3 cars (4 if parked tightly. The home is situated right on the edge of the massive Cypress Breeze pool. The exterior of the home is tastefully landscaped, with a new paver patio recently installed!

The main entrance is on the 2nd level, but guests can also utilize the ground floor garage entrance to access ground floor suites and the elevator.

On the ground floor, you'll find a garage converted to game room with ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball game and table for board games and hanging out. You will also find a 6-person golf cart, a junior master suite with a king bed, as well as a bunk room with twin bunk bed - both bedrooms have access to a full-size bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities!

The private elevator provides access to all 4 stories of the home, in addition to stairwell access.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find the main kitchen-living-dining area, including a breakfast nook, dining area, open space living room with 3 stool bar top, and a massive balcony overlooking the largest pool in the region! On the living room balcony, you'll find plush outdoor seating, as well as a full-size pool table!

The 2nd floor also features a queen bedroom with full-size bathroom, and private balcony.

The master suite is located on the 3rd floor, and features a king size bed, twin bed with trundle, tons of closet space, and another huge balcony overlooking the pool! The master suite private bathroom is spacious and includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub!

At the south end of the 3rd floor, the home offers guest suite with two queen beds and a full-size private bathroom!

On the 4th floor, you'll find the tower room. This cool little room provides a set of twin bunk beds, as well as a twin bed with trundle. The tower room also features a half-bath and a private balcony with amazing views of the pool and neighborhood!

The beach is just a short golf cart ride, or moderate walk from your front steps. A convenient and safe walking path runs alongside the roadway all the way to the beach. Hop in the street-legal Golf Cart and you'll be lounging on the beach in minutes! About a 1/2-mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.

If you're looking for a place with an outstanding pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! The home is located on the amazing neighborhood pool. At about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida!

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street.
