The Space:

The upper level is the heart of the home, where open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are bathed in natural light and oriented toward uninterrupted ocean views. A slow combustion fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere in cooler months, while expansive glazing creates a seamless connection to the sea.



With two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, the home offers flexibility for both entertaining and quiet retreat. Whether gathering as a group or enjoying your own space, there’s room for everyone.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, generous bench space, and everything needed for effortless holiday dining.



Reefwatch features four well-appointed bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a queen bed, ocean views, and a private ensuite. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes three single beds, with the option to configure two into a king on request. A main bathroom downstairs services the additional bedrooms, and a powder room upstairs adds extra convenience.



For bookings of 5 guests or more, all bedrooms are available. For bookings with 4 guests or fewer the fourth bedroom will be locked during your stay. If you have 4 guests or fewer and would like access to the locked downstairs bedroom, it can be added for an additional $40 per night, just let us know and we can arrange it.

Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or entertain, this is a stay that delivers on space, location, and unforgettable ocean outlooks.



Other Things to Note:

This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12. Infants under the age of 1 are welcome, we do not supply cots, high chairs, or stair gates at Reefwatch.

This property is not pet friendly.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
