Large bi-fold doors invite cooling breezes inside and frame the tranquil canal views, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable Noosa getaway.
The designer kitchen is a standout feature, centred around a generous marble island and equipped with premium integrated appliances. Whether preparing family meals or entertaining guests, the kitchen flows effortlessly into the adjoining dining area, which comfortably seats eight guests. During the cooler months, guests can relax beside the gas fireplace, while in summer the open-plan design embraces Noosa's beautiful climate.
At the centre of the outdoor spaces is the heated swimming pool, conveniently accessed from the living area. Heated to approximately 28 degrees during the cooler months, the pool provides year-round enjoyment for guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a fantastic outdoor entertaining area featuring a built-in barbecue, stone pizza oven, and alfresco dining space overlooking the water.
The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Features a luxurious four-poster bed, private ensuite, and direct access to the waterfront deck. Step outside to enjoy the daybed, the perfect spot for an afternoon nap or morning coffee overlooking the canal.
Bedroom 2: Located at the opposite end of the home, this spacious bedroom features a queen-sized bed and private ensuite. A separate toilet nearby also serves as a convenient powder room.
Bedroom 3: Located upstairs and fitted with a queen-sized bed and private ensuite.
Bedroom 4: Also located upstairs, this bedroom offers two single beds and a private ensuite, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together.
A separate upstairs TV lounge provides an additional living space, allowing guests to spread out and relax throughout their stay.
Additional features include air conditioning, ceiling fans, waterfront entertaining areas, laundry facilities, and private off-street parking.

The beautiful Noosa River is just moments away, while Hastings Street, Main Beach, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants are all easily accessible.
Quamby Place is only 500 metres from the property and is home to several iconic Noosa dining destinations including Ricky's River Bar & Restaurant and Rock Salt. The Noosa Ferry also stops at Quamby Place, providing a scenic and enjoyable way to explore the river and surrounding areas. A sunset ferry ride is highly recommended during your stay.
Getting Around:
The property is ideally located for exploring Noosa on foot. Hastings Street and Main Beach are approximately a 20-minute flat walk away, making it easy to leave the car behind during busy holiday periods when parking can be limited.
For longer trips, local buses stop just 200 metres away on Noosa Parade, while taxis and rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.
