Great location and huge deck. A little dated and the showers and faucets could use a good scrubbing and recaulking. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Rooftop pool was great.

Amazing spot

It was a great stay, we had issues getting in but the owners fixed everything. Just so you know, the locks on the door are timed locks. Unless you contact the owner you can not get the door open before 4pm. Overall, the place was nice and clean, literally 2 min walk to the beach and store and restaurant are all in walking distance. Owners were very helpful with any request.

We only stayed a few days. Sadly we did not use the beautiful kitchen with all you cooking needs nor the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Great stay

We had an excellent time and the condo was fantastic. The location is perfect and within walking distance to some great restaurants. The only constructive feedback is the pool area needs some attention. Missing tiles. Caution tape up the week we were there in a small area. The balcony floor is extremely dirty. Literally made our feet black and consequently tracked into the condo floor. These are relatively easy fixes and would not prevent us from coming back again.

We stayed at the condo with another couple. Get location, great deck, clean and lots of room. The condo is situated at 5th and Ocean which is the start of about 10 blocks going towards 15th with lots of bars and restaurants. Great walk, lots of action. The beach is across the street, boardwalk is great for a run or walk in the morning, it goes for miles. There is a liquor store and Walgreens across the street as well as a Publix about 7 blocks up 5th ave. The only thing we wish that we would have had was a BBQ for the deck. Definitely recommend this condo

misleading

The info on VRBO was misleading. 1. the info listed parking as included. we learned the day of arrival it was not. The ad listed that the kitchen was well stocked. it was not. we had wine glasses and dished sent to us by Amazon. There were not enough dishes for 4 people. The furniture was decrepit. I had better furniture in college. The tvs did not work upon arrival. The apartment was dirty. i would never recommend this apartment or manager to anyone. it was my first time using VRBO and I was completed disappointed. And there were no instructions on usage.

Great South Beach Getaway

We enjoyed your condo. It worked perfect for five adults...plenty of room. Two full baths is nice! The balcony is amazing and we also loved the rooftop pool! It is within walking distance to everything you need...Walgreens, liquor store, restaurants, bars, shops. It was an easy 35 minute Uber ride from Ft. Lauderdale airport. We got an Uber easy even at 4 am. Wished we could have stayed longer!
