There was a valet space in front which made it easy for the Uber to drop us off. I liked that Helena was on hand to assist us with check in. Normally the initial check in process at other properties is convoluted in trying to find the entrance, keys etc.

We had a great time! The apartment is very nice with awesome amenities. It is comfortable and nicely appointed. The location was perfect. Great view and close to everything. Helena the manager was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We will be back for sure!!

Great location, close to Walgreens which is great since you will need supplies, trash bags, pods for dishwasher. We loved the stay and will come back.

The location was amazing and that view of Ocean Drive was incredible! We had such a good time just people watching from the comfort of the AC. Newly remodeled. Clean and nice. The beach supplies were perfect. We didn't have dish soap, paper towels, a spare trash bag or any dish towels for dishes, so that was awkward. And their was no info sheets on the building in the room, we didn't know the access to wifi or what to do with our trash, etc. But those are minor details compared to the great location and views. And Helena, the host, was able to answer our questions. Be aware, restuarant downstairs plays music loudly late into the night. Usually turned off around 2am on Friday and Saturday night. We brought fans for white noise. Great stay, would book here again.

Awesome Location

Awesome location, Right across from the beach and Miami sign. Walking distance from several restaurants and bars. Perfect Beautiful view. Nicely decorated, great space, the washer & dryer was a bonus. Pls realize it has a cooktop and not a stove. Does not have an oven nor a toaster oven. Missing a few kitchenware items needed to cook with. Other than kitchen items. This location was a win.

Great location, clean condo

We had four people stay here with plenty of space for everyone. The place is in a great location, walkable to a lot of restaurants and right across from the beach. The music downstairs wasn't bad at all and everyone enjoyed their stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating, would definitely stay here again.

Great location….very loud music

Helena was very good host. However, the music coming from next door restaurant was extremely loud!It started at 8 am until midnight!!!

The reviews are inaccurate. This stay was unclean and highly disappointing

We were staying with family for several days and the location was ok. not the best. The overall stay was unclean and misrepresenting. The entrance and the hall ways smelled terrible. The unit was dirty. the beds were so uncomfortable. The rooms were not set up for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were terrible and dated. I would not recommend staying here ever. THe music was loud at all hours of the morning and night. Please stay far away from this entire building. The reviews are wrong

Great girls trip

Our condo was clean and in a great location. Everything is walking distance and we had a view of the Miami Beach sign. Helena was very communicative and gave great recommendations during our stay. We look forward to booking again.

Great time in Miami Beach

We had a wonderful time in Miami Beach and enjoyed our stay in the Barbizon apartment. Almost everything was as expected. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner and the utensils could have been a bit more comprehensive. Helena, the housekeeper, however, was very helpful and took care of all our requests immediately. The often mentioned noise level from the bar downstairs was acceptable and music stopped latest at midnight. Therefore, no issue for us and the great location in the heart of Miami Beach with no distance to the beach made up for everything.

Great Spot/Bad Seevice

The apartment is in a perfect location for a fun weekend in south beach and is great for a group. But the downsides were only one key for a three-bedroom that sleeps six people. No bathtub as listed. No washcloths or hand towels. No soap in showers ( should be listed that guests need their own soap for shower.) We asked for an extra key and Helena (the contact) did not have one.

Great location

This is a great location, little apartment that has just about everything you would need. It is walking distance to all the action, to shopping and restaurants.

Good but not great

Things i liked - Beach proximity - Walking distance to restaurants and shops - Responsive host/manager Things i didn’t like - Dusty shelves, dusty fake plants - Hair in the corners on the floor - No dryer separately but there is a wash/dry cycle - Very noisy before midnight, 3 restaurants under the windows, loud music blasting - Big window is beautiful but dirty and greasy - Toilet broke a couple of times, water didn’t fill up, clogged later - The dishwasher was full upon arrival, i had to unload someone else’s dishes - Couches are uncomfortable - too wide and too low. You can’t sit normally on them - Couch pillows are dirty - No oven - Microwave oven wasn’t heating - Dog(s) nextdoor/nextfloor keep barking - No Tupperware We had a very good stay overall. I pointed out these things because they can be easily fixed and corrected, which will make this place much cleaner.

Miami Beach Stay

Dealing with Helena was first class a wonderful and friendly lady with so many great tips of places to go and eat and drink. Apartment location is fantastic could not be any better. Unfortunately the apartment is tired and needs a refresh which made the mandatory insurance fee for damage a rip off. But for four days was fine.

Great place to stay!

If you’re looking for a place in the middle of the Ocean Dr scene, THIS is it! The listing host and property manager were very attentive and helpful. Communication was excellent. The property itself was very modern compared to other listings I had considered. Great amenities were included and great AC! I’m this summer Miami heat, was very much appreciated. We had a nice few of the ocean and we’re steps away from tons of restaurants and shops to choose from. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

South Beach Experience

My friends and I enjoyed our time in South Beach at this great location. The communication with the host was great -- easy check in/out, secure and accessible for our multiple guests. We were only a short walk ~3 minutes to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Overall would highly recommend for anyone looking for a prime location to accommodate a mid sized group in South Beach.
