• Exceptional location: Steps from the Château Frontenac, Rue du Petit-Champlain, lively terraces, and all the attractions of Old Quebec (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Everything is within walking distance!

• 2 comfortable bedrooms
• A full bathroom with shower/tub and a separate powder room (ideal in the morning!)
• Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and complete utensils
• Modern comforts: air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, private washer and dryer

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels in a pile in front of the washing machine (in the basement).
Make sure to close the main entrance door of the building securely behind you. Lock the apartment door securely. Leave the two keys that were in the black lockbox at the entrance on the kitchen table.
Turn off all the lights. Turn off the television (TV). Turn off the air conditioner and make sure it is unplugged. Close all the windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In accordance with CITQ law and municipal regulations, no excessive noise will be tolerated at any time.
We ask that you speak quietly on the balcony or near the windows, and avoid loud music, shouting or any noisy gatherings.

Very quiet perfect place to stay and experience old Quebec, right inside the ramparts of the old city. Walkable attractions and experiences for miles if you've got good walking shoes! Parking overnight suggestion... Rue St Paul Guesparc. Google it! A bit of a walk uphill from parking to apartment, but not a long distance at all. Stairs are available for shortcuts. Also, drop off your baggage at apartment FIRST so you do not have to bring all of it up the hill after you park!
