We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with prior authorization.
Additional fee: $100 per stay (+ Airbnb fees)
Conditions:

๏ Dog must be over 1 year old and under 40 lbs
๏ Must not climb on furniture (bring protective covers if needed)
๏ Must not cause noise disturbances
๏ Must always be on a leash in common areas
๏ Must never be left alone in the apartment
๏ Guests must clean up after their dog at all times
Penalty of $500 if rules are not respected.

Other pets, including cats, are NOT allowed.

*NOISES*
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evening and at night.

*NOISE*
One of the four bedrooms has a window facing the street, so it may not be as quiet as the other three.
This is perfectly normal and very common in Montreal: sometimes you can hear background noise when people walk or talk in the apartment above (without ever being able to understand what they are saying).
We will provide earplugs for your comfort.

*ACCESSIBILITY*
There are 6 steps outside to reach the main entrance. The apartment is then all on one level.

*COMFORT NOTE ( AC )*
The apartment is a half-basement unit, which naturally stays cool during summer months, making air conditioning completely unnecessary.

*PACK'N'PLAY*
Please note that you must bring your bedding for the pack'n'play.
