Great location. Condo was in great shape. Parking for 2 vehicles. Property management company was great to deal with. Neighborhood was very quiet and great to walk. Walking distance to great coffee, restaurants and breakfast cafe. We chose this over another condo that was more expensive and glad we chose this one over the other, which wasn’t in a standalone unit. This condo didn’t have access to the pools, which we were fine with - your at the cape to go to the beach.
