Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms offers its own unique ambiance, providing a perfect balance of privacy and comfort for every guest.

Downstairs, the rumpus room can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom with the convenient fold-out sofa. Sliding doors allow the space to be separated from the main living area, offering both privacy and flexibility.

Both the living and rumpus rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing adults to unwind on the recliner lounges in the living room while watching a show, while the kids can enjoy their own games and entertainment on the TV in the rumpus room.

Quality linen, additional pillows, and three contemporary bathrooms - complete with premium toiletries - ensure an easy, indulgent stay for all, while air conditioning throughout the home keeps the temperature just right year-round.

The main living zone is designed for effortless relaxation, featuring plush seating with electric recliners, a smart TV, and a selection of games and books for leisurely afternoons.

There is a fire pit available for guest use. During the winter months, we provide enough wood and kindling to get you started. Additional firewood can be purchased at the Culburra Petrol Station.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a party of three adults and four children. The house felt big enough for us all to have space. That was great on evening. This was probably the best quality Airbnb I’ve stayed. The house is so spacious, with so much natural light, the pantry was even well equipped, the fridge stocked with sauces and essentials, this was such a well thought through place with beautiful decor and also excellent stocked up stuff

We highly recommend this beautiful home, it has everything you could ask for and more for an enjoyable stay away from home. There were 10 of us and our energetic groodle, the home was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably without feeling overcrowded even on a rainy day. The home is located in a quiet area, it is close to the local shops and an easy walk to the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer, we can't wait for our next stay.
