Our family has enjoyed this lakefront property since 1989. The cottage began as Wendy’s grandmother’s 1930s solid‑fir farmhouse, which we moved from the family farm near Westlock and established it on a full basement overlooking Lac La Biche. It has been a special place for our children to grow up spending their summers, and we’re happy to share it with others looking to make their own memories here.

ABOUT THE BEACH & LAKE
Private sandy beach right out front. Gentle, shallow, sandy lake bottom — ideal for young children playing safely in the water. Permanent swimmer’s raft anchored in about 6 feet of water — great for lounging, swimming to, and practicing cannonballs. Excellent fishing, especially for walleye and northern pike. Catch fish right off the dock.

PERFECT FOR WATER ACTIVITIES
Lac La Biche is ideal for: swimming, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, water‑skiing, paddleboarding, sailing, general water sports, boating and jet skiing. The cottage sits in a protected bay with minimal boat traffic. With its share of calm water, and a sandy shoreline, it’s a fantastic spot for those who love being on the lake.

Our cottage is located right on the sandy shores of Lac La Biche. It’s the perfect setup for families or groups who need space, comfort, and convenience — with room for kids to play, adults to relax, and everyone to enjoy the outdoors. Only 16 minutes to Lac La Biche, and 13 minutes to Plamondon.

The property has room for tents, campers, or RVs if your group prefers additional sleeping options. These require prior approval and do not affect the official guest capacity.
