Welcome to Bubbles Up!



Step inside this inviting carriage home in the sought-after Bay Creek community of Cape Charles. The main floor features a spacious living area centered around a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a Keurig coffee maker, KitchenAid mixer, juicer, steamer, and icemaker, giving you everything you need to cook a memorable meal. The open layout flows into a dining area ideal for gathering with family and friends. The dining table also converts into a poker table, adding a fun entertainment option for game nights with family and friends.



Just inside the foyer, you'll find a stylish console table that easily transforms into a shuffleboard table, offering another unique way to enjoy friendly competition during your stay.



The first floor is also home to the primary bedroom suite, featuring a king bed, large walk-in closet, two end tables with wall-mounted reading lamps, a spacious dresser, and a 55-inch TV. The en-suite master bath includes a dual vanity and walk-in shower. A half bath and laundry room round out the main level for added convenience.



Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a second full bath. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, a large dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. Bedroom 3 features a king bed with a wrought-iron headboard, two end tables with reading lamps, a cozy chair, and a 50-inch Samsung TV, each with a walk-in closet. The upstairs hall bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo, and there's a dedicated desk and workspace area for anyone needing to stay connected.



Outside, fire up the propane BBQ on the patio, grab one of the two complimentary bikes from the garage, or pack up the three provided beach chairs for a day on the bay. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in front of the garage.

This home includes complimentary access to a variety of Bay Creek Resort amenities, perfect for active and nature-loving guests. Enjoy a junior Olympic-size pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a private community beach, and over 10 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails winding through a stunning 365-acre nature preserve.
