We’re sorry there wasn’t enough toilet paper during your visit. Our cleaner did leave toilet paper in the restroom, but we apologize if your group needed a larger amount. We’ll make sure our restroom supplies are checked more thoroughly moving forward.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and comfortable, and check-in and out was quick and easy. Having access to the garage was especially helpful, as an additional parking space as there is only parking for one in the driveway. Everything was exactly as expected and we had no complaints. We would definitely stay here again! Hosts were super lovely and helpful!

Our stay was awesome the place was clean and accommodating. The only take back there was no coffee or tea was provided and there was no bodywash in the master bedroom. But I would definitely stay again

My friends and I booked this spot as accommodations for a short trip to Toronto. We were excited, since this was one of the few affordable options for a group of our size (approx. 10 people). The house is clean and spacious. Entry is simple. There is ample space to cook and have big diners with your party. The bedrooms were great, save for a mattress that was previously stained by a different guest. If you have a car, getting to Toronto is about a 45 minute drive with traffic. We were disappointed by the communication and troubleshooting offered by our host.We arrived late in the evening on check-in day after driving for hours to discover that the hot water wasn't working. Despite contacting the host regarding the issue, they did not contact a tech due to a miscommunication. I ended up fixing it myself the 2nd day of our stay as folks in my party were exhausted and didn't want to wait another day for a tech.After we checked out, I received a message from the host charging us for "garbage and soiled mattress." Despite my explanation that the mattress stain was from a different guest, the host denied this. Unfortunately I had to escalate it to VRBO support to avoid paying an unnecessary charge.I think this is a beautiful spot and I wish my experience was different. Best of luck to those that book a stay here in the future.
