Home was just as advertised. Brand new house in a new subdivision. Was comfortable with adequate space for our family. Neighbourhood was quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, as advertised! Very spacious and clean when we arrived. Parking in the garage was also a great feature. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay & Host!

We had such a great experience during our stay! The property was clean, cozy and exactly as described, but what really made the difference was the owner’s hospitality. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly. It made us feel comfortable and looked after. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed stay.

Wonderful host

The check in process was quick and easy. The host communicated with us the entire stay and was helpful until the very end. The property itself was stunning and very clean. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe which is what we wanted. Definitely would book again!

Thanksgiving 2024

Utsav’s house was the perfect size for 4 adults and he was an excellent, responsive host. The house was not very clean with spilled food in the fridge and in the kitchen sinks, crumbs on the table and counters, hair and soap on the shower floor and in the tub. There were lots of cleaning products so we were able to correct these deficiencies but it would be a good idea to check on the condition of the house prior to the next renters. Also, there was no hair dryer, an amenity that is always provided. We originally rented this home because pets are allowed. At the last moment, we decided to leave our dog at home but it would have been an ideal location for a pet with lots of green space and trails nearby.
