Our exceptional two bedroom, two bathroom premium ocean apartment is located on level 34 in Oracle Tower 1. We invite you to relax and unwind whilst being surrounded by breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and gorgeous sandy beaches as far as the eye can see! Oracle is perfectly located right in the heart of beautiful Broadbeach. The Gold Coasts best beaches, parks, shops, restaurants and cafes are right at your front door. We can’t wait to welcome you to our slice of paradise in Broadbeach!
The space
Our photos are a true, accurate and up to date representation of our immaculately presented, exceptionally clean, fresh, family sized apartment. The furnishings are practical and comfortable and the linen and bedding are soft and luxurious. Our apartment has been styled with a totally relaxing holiday in mind.

Other things to note
Our apartment accommodates up to SIX people only. Children aged two and older are included in the six people rule.
Bedding for the fifth or sixth guest is via a pull out sofa bed located in the living room. The sofa bed is only available when you are booking and paying for more than four guests. The sofa bed is locked and will be unlocked if you have booked and paid for more than four guests.
Infants UNDER the age of two are very welcome at our place and may stay at no additional charge. Let us know if you would like to hire a stroller, port-a-cot or high chair. BYO baby linen.

For the safety and security of guests and to comply with fraud prevention requirements, all bookings must complete our Online Check In Form before arrival.
Please note that your booking will not be considered confirmed or finalized until the required verification has been completed. By submitting the online check in, you are agreeing to all house rules and booking terms and conditions.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is usually available from 3:00 pm.
Please note that, while we do our best, a 3:00 pm check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to cleaning schedules. We always do our best to fit in with your travel plans.
Keys will be available for collection from our lockbox on check in day.
Easy to follow directions and other helpful information to ensure check-in goes smoothly, will be provided on the morning of check-in.
Please read the House Rules, Booking Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy prior to booking our place. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any losses which may occur if you need to cancel your booking for an unforeseen reason.
NO SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any common areas.
WHAT WE INCLUDE IN OUR STARTER PACK
We provide a generous starter pack of items so you don't have to dash to the supermarket on arrival. These items may not last the entire trip. If you are with us for more than two nights, you may like to re stock items at the local supermarket. Woolworths supermarket is conveniently located right next door for any additional supplies you require.
Bathroom - toilet paper, tissues, liquid hand wash, shampoo and conditioner are available.
Kitchen and Laundry - laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, a dishcloth and rubbish bags will be supplied. A selection of tea, coffee (instant and Nespresso), milk, sugar and other pantry basics are provided.
BATH LINEN
We supply one bath towel per booked guest plus two hand towels and one bath mat per bathroom. Additional bath linen is available for hire during your stay. Details for ordering additional linen will be available in our guest book.
BEACH TOWELS
We provide beach towels which you are very welcome to use. Beach towels not returned on departure are charged at $40 each.
SELF CONTAINED
You are booking a fully self contained holiday apartment. There are no daily housekeeping services provided during your stay. Basic cleaning equipment is provided to assist with keeping things tidy during your stay. You have full access to the laundry in the apartment to wash linen and clothing if required.
FREE WIFI
You are welcome to use our wifi to login to your own streaming accounts such as Netflix during the stay.
AIR CONDITIONING
Our apartment is air conditioned (heating and cooling).
CAR PARKING
ONE complimentary secure access basement car park is available with a 2.2m height clearance. Large, oversized vehicles will not be suitable for the secure basement car parking area.
ADDITIONAL VEHICLES
If you are bringing more than one vehicles, paid overnight car parking is available next door in the Oasis Shopping Centre for around $40 per night (subject to change).
HOUSE RULES
We like to cover everything upfront so there are no surprises for you or us. A confirmed booking means you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
The booking guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with these House Rules during their stay.
GENERAL RULES
No Schoolies, parties, events, or gatherings.
No hens' or bucks' parties.
No third-party bookings. The guest making the booking must be staying at the property.
NO SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any common areas.
Any damage or breakages must be reported before departure.
RULES RELATING TO GUESTS
Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Undisclosed persons are not permitted.
Only registered guests may use the property facilities. Additional visitors are not permitted.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
EXTRA CLEANING
We provide a self-contained, home-away-from-home experience. Daily housekeeping is not available during your stay. You are required to leave the property tidy and in good order before departure.
Additional cleaning charges will apply if:
The carpet or upholstery requires professional cleaning; or Extra cleaning is required because the property has been left excessively untidy.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 am. Our cleaner will arrive and enter the apartment at this time.
Late check-outs are not available, as they delay our cleaning schedule.
Each set of keys issued must be returned to the apartment before departure. A $250 replacement fee applies for each set not returned as instructed.
Lights, fans, and air conditioning must be turned off, and all doors must be closed and locked before departure.
Rubbish bins and the refrigerator must be emptied. Please do not leave any rubbish, groceries, or leftover food in the apartment.
The dishwasher must be loaded and switched on before departure. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on benchtops.

CALL-OUT FEES
If you lock yourself out of the building, car park area, or apartment, or if you lose your keys, a $200 call-out fee will apply. This fee must be paid in cash to the person attending to assist you.
If you are locked out between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am (outside business hours), you will need to arrange alternative accommodation for the night. Assistance will be provided from 9:00 am the following morning, and the $200 call-out fee will still apply.
If a set of keys is lost, an additional $250 replacement fee will apply.
ENFORCEMENT OF HOUSE RULES
House Rules will be enforced without exception.
Any noise complaint or breach of these House Rules during your stay may result in immediate eviction without refund.
PROBLEMS DURING YOUR STAY
We do our best to minimise the likelihood of problems occurring during your stay. However, from time to time, issues outside our control may arise.
If you experience a problem, please notify us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
No full or partial refunds will be provided unless consumer law states otherwise.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A pre-authorisation hold of AUD 500 will be automatically processed on the morning of check-in using the credit card on file. This hold will be automatically released within 7 days of check-out, provided the House Rules and Check-Out Instructions have been followed.
