This was our second stay at this location and we had a great time. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The view is incredible and the location is convenient. Kylie was very prompt with communication. Check in and out was simple and easy.

Fantastic views!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. The views were amazing and it was close to restaurants and the train stop. We would recommend this property and hope to stay again if we are in the area.

Great spot with a great view

Stylish stay with breathtaking views – and kid-friendly too!Absolutely loved our time at this Level 37 sub penthouse. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment was modern, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had our toddler with us, and it was surprisingly kid-friendly for a high-rise—plenty of space to play, safe layout, and easy access. Great location close to shops, cafes, and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Best place to stay on the Goldcoast

Love this property , great location and views to die for this is our 2nd stay here and we will be back again and again. The unit is setup with everything you need . gorgeous decor ,spacious couldn't fault anything .

Fantastic Family Holiday

The 37th floor apartment was perfect for our memorable family stay at the Gold Coast. Amazing views of the ocean, canals and hinterland. The apartment was very spacious with modern furniture and layout. There were 7 of us staying at the apartment including 5 teenage/young adults ranging from 17 to 21 years of age and the 3 ensuite bathrooms and powder room were perfect. Kylie, our host, was very accommodating and great with her communication. The apartment was a short walk to beach and Cavill Avenue. The train stop right outside the resort was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this apartment!

This is a great apartment….

What’s not to love….slightly older building means properly proportioned rooms, excellent layout, fantastic 270 degree views. What a joy. So much better than the brand new developments. And to boot, an apartment with everything you need and two parking spaces. Kids loved having their own bathrooms and TVs in their bedrooms although that might cause expectation problems going forward. Kylie is a fantastic host. Very strongly recommended.

Stunning views with amazing apartment to match

My family and I were eager to get away to the Gold Coast over the Christmas period but were struggling to find the right location and thought we would need to compromise until we found this listing. We thought the photos of the view and apartment were unbelievable but matched with the positive reviews we thought it would be worth the risk. But OMG all of it was actually real; - the views stunning! - the apartment beautiful! - so so much space! - and Kylie was a dream to interact with! If you want the facilities of fancy hotel with the comfort of home I would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Relaxing Exceeded Expectation

Highly recommend this property if you are after a touch of luxury combined with relaxation and escape from chaos . The moment you walk through the front door of this apartment you'll feel the WOW factor that the images beautifully demonstrate. The apartment is clean, spacious and the truth is.... I found it incredibly challenging to pull myself off the lounge to leave the apartment as all I wanted to do was stare at the captivating views morning and night. Very central to shops, beach and the resort facilities are great for the kids . The host Kylie was extremely accomodating and helpful which adds to the enjoyment and ease of the holiday. Thank you Kylie we will definately be back.

Wanting space and all the other pleasures.

The views and space of the apartment is generous. Three well appointed rooms each with ensuite and views. Great for three couples or like our party one couple and four adults adults. Stunning sized modern kitchen. Many amenities within the building, three pools, two hot tubs, steam room and gym, breakfast room, happy hour bar. Great features within 50 meters - Car rental, a convenience store and great all day breakfast cafe at neighbouring building, liquor shop and best of all the beach & boardwalk. Tram stop right at the gate. Five minute stroll along boardwalk to main Cavill Street shops. Five minutes walk other direction to water sports on the canals. Had a great experience.

Book it - you won't be sorry

After a postponed (COVID lockdowns) our 2021 holiday finally took place. This stunning property was perfect for us. Gorgeously appointed and so comfortable. Every room having our own en suite was a plus. Great kitchen and comfortable lounge, with FOXTEL and big TV. The bedrooms and beds and huge. We had terrible weather for the first few days which can't be helped but it honestly didn't matter when we could enjoy this space and the views.. Let me tell you they are nothing short of spectacular! We felt so special and blessed that Kylie rents it out. She was just so thoughtful, kind and considerate throughout the past 12 months we can't thank her enough. It made our whole stay seamless from start to finish. And a holiday to remember. Much thanks from all of us
