Our villa on the wide Henley Canal awaits you with 250m² of exclusive, passionately furnished, southern colonial-style furnishings. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the particularly large living area with dining area and open access to the kitchen and breakfast area. From here as well as the two large bedrooms you have a grandiose view over the spacious pool area and the boat dock with an extra lying area along the canal. Enjoy the large heated pool with separate whirlpool and waterfall. The spacious lounge area with sun loungers invites you to relax and read. The outdoor dining area offers you plenty of space for breakfast with relaxing waterfalls and cozy barbecues with a fascinating sunset backdrop. The double garage with direct access to the kitchen, bicycles and ample space for your rental car round off the amenities for you. The unfenced property of 1,500 m² surrounds the villa with imposing coconut palms, blooming hibiscus hedges and other tropical flora typical of the region. The villa will delight you.

From the boat dock, you are on the waterways of the Caloosahatchee River in just ten minutes without locks. From there it is only a stone's throw to the world-famous white sand beaches of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs or the often deserted dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with our stay. I would think twice if you are thinking of staying here.Owner difficult to cummunicate with and rude at times. Hot tub heater not working for majority of trip. Cook ware rusty and poor condition. If you want temp below 75 there is a 15/day charge. Owner sent two repair people out to fix the hot tub. Both of those people told me they do not work on hot tub heating systems. So, I had to cancel vacation place twice to meet with them for nothing. We asked if Marcus, the so called property manager could meet with them and she said no, he doesn't need to be there.After check out the owner tried to charge us for multiple miscellaneous items (toilet paper rod which wasn’t present when we got there, a bath mat and stained furniture) she tried to charge us 240 & said that we destroyed the house and had pictures. Well, I also took pictures of everything as we were leaving showing the house in good condition.I believe that the owner was trying to get additional money from us because she knew we were displeased with how everything was handled.If you do chance it , inspect EVERYTHING at check in and take video/photos. Under couch cushions, in cabinets etc. As previous customers have experienced, when not leaving a good review, the owner will probably. respond to our review with attacks & blame everything on us instead of making positive changes to improve the rental for future guests.

Paradise SAUNA

no matter what i say after this, can take away the beauty of this home. But, there are a few things i must alert future renters of. #1. No where in the listing does it say anything about their " recommendations " on what temperature they Expect you to keep the thermostat at. Until after you arrive, the house rule book they say, the a/c no lower than 15 lower than the outside temp or at the minimum 75, in Florida in June. But, no matter what you set it on, it is programmed to reset after 10 pm to 78. So look forward to toasty mornings. We had to bring fans for the bedrooms at night just to be able to sleep. #2, i had to buy a foam mattress topper for the bed. It was on the harder side. #3 Make sure to read the rental agreement before submitting any pmts, It states there is a 35/week electric allowance, anything over that they deduct from your deposit. Oh, and the property manager will come over on day 1, to take a picture of the meter. #4, the tv. They advertised smart tv and cable. What they have is an apple tv and basic cable that really only offers older (70s-80s programming) No instructions on the apple tv. Besides these things being absent from the property rental page, everything else was good. The response was quick and friendly. The house was spotless and beautiful. The pool refreshing. The dock was nice to tie the boat to,would have liked to use the lift. But it was locked. No water or fish cleaning offered on dock. These are the only reasons for a 3 stars

This was our third stay at Magnolia. The house is always clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything that we like to do. We will plan to stay here again!

Trés belle expérience a renouveler

La maison est très bien située, dans un cartier tranquille, mais aussi a proximité des commerces et du pont de Fort-Mayer. La maison offre une très belle vue sur le canal, nous avons eu la chance de voir un dauphin devant notre quai, la piscine est bien oriantée du côté soleil. l'intérieur de la maison était très propre, la cuisine est correctement garnie du nécessaire pour bien cuisiner. Le seul bémol que nous pouvons souligner est que BBQ est rendu a la fin de sa vie utile. Nous avons loué cette maison l'an passée pour 3 semaines, encore cette année et nous avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain. Nous apprécions cette villa, nous vous la recommandons.

Fall baseball

4 adults stayed here in first week of November for a baseball tournament. We got in around 4:30 pm and called to check in as requested but no one answered the call and a message was left. There were specific instructions about use of the pool/spa that were not in writing anywhere else. After an apparent mistake in its use on our part, this was quickly corrected the next day. After that all communication was prompt and helpful. The property is beautiful and as pictured. It was spacious and easily met the needs of 4 adults. I certainly would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Tolles Haus!

Wir haben das Haus als Familie bewohnt und es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist gut. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Relaxing Place

Excellent communication with the property manager! Very relaxing Place and quiet area. Beautiful and tropical decorations, swimming pool furniture new and comfortable. Kitchen has basically everything needed. Enough towels and sheets, spacious beds but mattress on the hard side. Less than 5 minutes from Publix, Walmart and Aldi.

Not what I expected?

Weeds growing everywhere on the pool deck. Broken screen. Vertical blinds missing pieces in living and dining. Barbecue grille covered in rust. (I have pictures of all). Lounge chairs on pool deck broken and unsafe. Toilet in 2nd. Bathroom rocks. No cable TV. I have been staying in Cape Coral for 8 years and have had great experiences with the houses I have stayed in until now??

Top Notch Family Vacation

This rental met all of our expectations. The location is close to everything in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The property manager was responsive and had a repairman on site in less than 2 hours when one was needed. We recommend this house and will return.

Nice house but the air conditioner could be improved and the extra electric charge

We enjoyed most of the amenities of this home. The pool is wonderful and the location is very convenient. The home is kept very clean and was well stocked with all kinds of amenities in the kitchen. A couple issues I would point out with this location are the air conditioning, which did not keep the home at a comfortable temperature. The instructions stated that the temperature could not be turned below 75° but the temperature for the most part was over 80° in the house and this made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The other issue I would point out is the extra electric bill you’ll get at the end of your stay. Seems to me that the electricity should be part of the owners responsibilities as the pool and air-conditioning run nonstop whether someone is in the house or not. Overall, this is a very nice house, but I didn’t enjoy the surprise of the bill for electricity at the end of my stay.
