Our villa on the wide Henley Canal awaits you with 250m² of exclusive, passionately furnished, southern colonial-style furnishings. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the particularly large living area with dining area and open access to the kitchen and breakfast area. From here as well as the two large bedrooms you have a grandiose view over the spacious pool area and the boat dock with an extra lying area along the canal. Enjoy the large heated pool with separate whirlpool and waterfall. The spacious lounge area with sun loungers invites you to relax and read. The outdoor dining area offers you plenty of space for breakfast with relaxing waterfalls and cozy barbecues with a fascinating sunset backdrop. The double garage with direct access to the kitchen, bicycles and ample space for your rental car round off the amenities for you. The unfenced property of 1,500 m² surrounds the villa with imposing coconut palms, blooming hibiscus hedges and other tropical flora typical of the region. The villa will delight you.

From the boat dock, you are on the waterways of the Caloosahatchee River in just ten minutes without locks. From there it is only a stone's throw to the world-famous white sand beaches of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs or the often deserted dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Very clean and all the amenities were included. We especially enjoyed the patio and pool. Would have liked to rent the boat but were told that no captain was available, so if you want to do that make sure to arrange that ahead of time!
