Welcome to Thalia, a bright 3-bedroom family home near Niagara Falls, Brock University, wine country, Clifton Hill, and Canada Games Park. Gather around the chef’s kitchen island, relax in the open living and dining area, and sleep up to 7 guests across a king, queen, double, and twin. Includes 2.5 baths, fast mesh Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, 4-car driveway parking, BBQ deck, self check-in, and filtered drinking water.
The chef’s kitchen is the heart of the home, with a large stone island, stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee station, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and everything needed for easy breakfasts or relaxed dinners in.
The open living and dining area gives your group space to settle in after a day at the Falls, with a generous dining table, deep sectional, extra armchair, smart TV, dimmable pot lights, and large windows with light-control blinds.
Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms: • Primary bedroom: king bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and private ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower. • Bedroom 2: queen bed, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. • Bedroom 3: double bed plus twin bed, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan.
Every bedroom includes fresh white linens, privacy film, room-darkening blinds, blackout curtains, and space to unpack.
The home has two full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels are provided.
Outside, enjoy a covered back deck with privacy curtains, pot lights, BBQ, outdoor dining, and a lounge chair for morning coffee or quiet evenings.
For longer stays, Thalia includes fast mesh Wi-Fi, keyless self check-in, central heating and air conditioning, in-suite laundry, and parking for up to 4 cars.
The kitchen also has reverse-osmosis filtration, a whole-home water softener, and a dedicated alkaline drinking tap for clean, great-tasting water.
The entire home is yours all three bedrooms, both upstairs bathrooms, the main-floor powder room, the chef’s kitchen, the open living and dining areas, the in-suite laundry, and the covered deck.
A few spaces are kept private and clearly labeled: the garage, pantry, basement, backyard lawn on neighbour side, and upstairs linen closet and in laundry room cabinet which are marked for no access, easy to identify. Parking: private driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Entry: the front entrance has a few exterior steps
A few simple policies keep Thalia safe, clean, and welcoming for every guest. By booking, guests agree to the following:
Quiet hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, indoors and outdoors. Thalia is in a residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to keep noise low during these hours.
No parties or events Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Any unauthorized party or event may result in cancellation of the reservation, guest removal, a $1,000 remediation fee, and additional charges for cleaning, damage, fines, or losses where applicable.
No pets Pets are not permitted. A minimum $250 fee applies for any unauthorized pet, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.
No smoking, vaping, or substances Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violations carry a minimum $500 remediation fee, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.
Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 7 registered guests. Guests must enter the correct number of guests when booking. Unregistered overnight guests may result in a $150 charge per person, per night, and possible cancellation of the reservation. No visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at anytime without prior approval.
Guest requirements The booking guest must have a verified profile, valid phone number, and email, and must be reachable before check-in.
Pre-arrival agreement and damage protection Before check-in, guests must complete our secure pre-arrival form, including ID verification, rental agreement, and damage protection. Guests choose either a non-refundable damage waiver of $55-$85, depending on stay length, or a $500 refundable damage hold. This must be completed before check-in.
Care of the home Please respect the home and follow the checkout steps. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left excessively messy or requires extra cleaning beyond normal turnover.
Late checkout Checkout is 11:00 AM. Late checkout must be approved in advance. Unapproved late checkout beyond 15 minutes may be charged $50, plus $50 for each additional 30 minutes, up to two hours. This does not extend the stay if another booking follows.
Keys, fobs, and access devices A $250 fee applies for any lost, damaged, or unreturned key, fob, remote, or access device.
Platform-compliant payments Any additional charges, damage claims, or reimbursements are handled through VRBO.
