The RIVER 1 apartment is perfect for a family or a group of 6 people.
Located in Chessy, near the Val d'Europe RER station. A 5-minute walk from restaurants and the Val d'Europe shopping center (200 m). You’ll be just 10 minutes from Disneyland and 45 minutes from Paris.
You’ll also enjoy an unobstructed view of the park’s attractions.

THE ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern, secure residence.

Inside the apartment:
- Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1 (one double bed, sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2 (one double bed, sleeps 2)
- Bathroom (bathtub, sink, and washing machine)
- Separate toilet

Also included at no extra charge:
- 2 private underground parking spaces with direct access via elevator. (Please note: maximum height 1.95 m).
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 6 people
- Baby equipment available on-site: travel crib

PLEASE NOTE: For the first few days, we provide basic essentials (sample-size shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwasher use, and trash bags). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away, in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, enjoy Place Ariane! Ideally located next to the Val d’Europe RER station, you’ll be close to: Monoprix, restaurants, bars, bakeries, banks, tobacco shops, and more…
Just 300 meters away is one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, the “Val d’Europe,” featuring 140 stores, 28 restaurants, and the SeaLife Aquarium. You’ll also find “La Vallée Village” - Chic Shopping Outlet”

Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
