DAMAGES, LOST KEYS, AND LOCKBOX • Please report any existing damage at check-in with photos from multiple angles. • You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. • If anything is accidentally broken, please notify us right away. • Lost keys will require a full lock replacement, which may cost over AUD $500. Please be careful with the keys and lockbox.
BUILDING ACCESS – FIRE INSPECTIONS • Fire inspections are legally mandated and occur twice a year on a weekday morning. • If your stay coincides with one, we must allow the inspector access. • All guests must accept this as a possibility and cooperate fully if notified.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS • Construction work may occur nearby. We are not notified in advance and cannot control or compensate for this. • Rarely, there may be building-wide or street-wide outages (e.g. power, water).
