If any damage occurs or extra cleaning is required during or after your stay — especially due to excessive shedding — the guest will be fully responsible for the associated costs.

If you wish to sleep with your dog, we offer an optional fresh bedding package for a small additional fee. In this case, the linen will be used as single-use to ensure a clean and hygienic stay for future guests.

✅ No unauthorized guests – Only the registered guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. If you have visitors, please notify us in advance.
✅ Quiet hours – Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

🚭 Smoking
🚭 No smoking indoors – Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🛏 Cleanliness & Maintenance
🧹 Keep the space tidy – Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in the outdoor bin.
🍽 Use the kitchen responsibly – Wash dishes and clean up spills after cooking.
🛁 Bathroom etiquette – Please place used towels in the laundry basket/bathtub and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.

Before you leave:
