Enjoy our brand new place with beautiful garden views, a spacious outdoor area and best of all on site garage parking.
The apartment is fully wheelchair accessible with all necessities on a ground floor level.

The downstairs area offers one bedroom with its own ensuit as well as a full bathroom with wheel chair accessible shower and toilet.
Our open plan kitchen and living room area extends out onto a large deck with beutiful garden views.

Upstairs features two bedrooms with queen beds and a full size bathroom with shower and toilet.

In close walking distance we have Weston park and the beautiful Lake Burley Griffin and Yarralumla shops which offer an IGA, a few cute coffee shops, a bakery, a wine bar, a sushi place and a Kebap place.

The property was very well appointed and spotlessly clean in a lovely location. I would rate the owner as a renter, not a host, as communications at times were slow and very business-like.

The home is beautiful and well appointed. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and near to the lake and embassies. We had some trouble on the day of arrival - directions were sent regarding check in about an hour prior to the check in time, and only after I reached out to the host to request them. The house did not seem fully cleaned - there were leftover food items in the refrigerator and freezer, trash in the kitchen bin (which also reeked of cigarette smoke when opened), used towels hanging in a closet, and the sheets on one of the beds had to be changed due to staining. All laundry machines were filled with bedding and other items. The host was prompt to reply to messages and noted she would address these issues with her cleaning crew. However, it made a rocky start to our short stay.

We were very happy with the accommodation. It suited our needs. We were great full for the aircon as it was such a hot weekend in Canberra. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The host was lovely, the amenities were great, there was just some confusion about the property lay out and parking facilities, we did not realise it was a share property with other guests, but it was fine we were all from the same event.
