Access: The building is equipped with lift access. Please note that although the apartment is located on the ground floor, there are a few steps required to access the apartment.
Parking: Includes 1 free secured underground parking space (Max height 2.1m); not suitable for oversized vehicles.

Important Information
Check-in and Key Collection: Self-check-in is via a KeyNest point located at at N-Less Washing Laundromat (Dickson). It is open 24/7 and is approximately an 8-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from the building.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to a similar apartment within the portfolio.
Area Notice: As this is a new precinct, minor daytime maintenance or construction in the area may be noticeable.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
