Escape to this light-filled home in the heart of Point Wells, one of the Matakana Coast's most peaceful seaside villages. With a generous open living area that flows out to a large covered deck, it's made for slow mornings with coffee and long evenings with a glass of local wine - whatever the weather.

The home comfortably sleeps a couple or small family, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and that all-season covered deck for outdoor dining, reading, or simply listening to the birdsong.

2-minute walk to Point Wells General Store for coffee, groceries and takeaways. Matakana movies, food, shopping, and Saturday Farmers' Market only 6 mins drive. Matakana Country Park for Sunday Market, summer concerts, food and shopping 4 mins drive. Omaha Beach 40 mins walk, 15 mins bike ride, 5 mins drive. Tawharanui Regional Park 19 mins drive.

The property is fully-fenced with a large double gate allowing for easy small boat parking. UV-filtered tank water (whole house) plus filtered tap in kitchen. The bathroom has a shower only (no bath). Log burner fire with firewood provided, and additional column heaters if required. Electric blankets on the beds for colder winter nights. Wifi fibre broadband internet. Washing machine and outdoor line for drying (no dryer). Kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave. Hair-dryer provided.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No tents or camping allowed. Campervan or caravan parking available on request, however occupants will be counted as guests. Boat parking on request.
We're on tank water so please use responsibly. No boat or car washing.
The macerator wastewater system can only process pee, poop, and toilet paper. Please don't flush anything else or expensive repairs may be required.
