⚠️ Important Guest Notes (House Rules & Linen)Linen Policy.
This house is BYO towels and linen (top/bottom sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, and towels). We provide doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows, and tea towels.
Optional Linen Hire: We can arrange full linen for $25 per bed. Please notify us at least 5 days prior to arrival. During peak periods, linen may be left out for you rather than beds being pre-made.

Peak Times: During peak summer and holiday periods, check-in is strictly from 3:00 PM unless arranged prior.

House Rules: Located in a quiet residential island zone. Strictly no parties, functions, celebrations, or Schoolies bookings. Local council restrictions apply, and guest verification is required. Noise levels must remain respectful.

Long-Term Stays: Available for furnished, long-term rentals between March and November. Please contact us directly for a quote.
