The Space
Open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening directly to the private courtyard. In summer the doors fold back for outdoor dining and long evenings in the afternoon sun. In winter the gas fire warms the room after a day on the mountain. The dining sits beside large windows framing the Remarkables, with a glimpse of the lake beyond. The kitchen is practical and well set up for longer stays, with gas cooking, a dishwasher and generous stainless bench space. The master sits apart from the other two bedrooms, so families and small groups get a bit of privacy.

Bedrooms
Master: queen, built-in wardrobe, private ensuite.
Second: queen, built-in wardrobe, opens to the courtyard.
Third (twin): two single beds, built-in wardrobe, good for children or extra guests.

Getting Around
You can walk most of it. The route into central Queenstown takes about 10 minutes along the shore, past Queenstown Gardens, to the restaurants, bars and waterfront. The lakeside walking and cycling track starts a short walk downhill.

Guest Access
Self check-in via lockbox. The garage connects to the apartment via one flight of stairs.

Neighbourhood
A central, quiet pocket above the lake. The flat lakeside walk takes you past Queenstown Gardens into town for dinner, the waterfront and the shops. The lakeside track runs along the shore for walking and biking. You`re close to the gondola and well placed for the ski fields and lake trips in season. Easy to leave the car parked and do most of it on foot.
