Please note that the exterior of the Spinnaker Bay complex will be repainted starting in March 2026. The work will be done in stages, so some units may have visible scaffolding during this period.

Each Spinnaker Bay Apartment is perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, and designed for optimum privacy.

This spacious apartment is located on two levels with the lounge/dining and kitchen areas on one level and down the internal stairs to the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities.

Relax on the balconies or in the private courtyard where the apartment has BBQ facilities for you to enjoy.

Various minimum stays apply over Christmas and New Year period, as well as July and August.


Important Notice: Please note that lakefront access is currently closed until November 2026 due to infrastructure works being carried out by Queenstown Lakes District Council.
The works involve the installation of a new wastewater pipeline underneath the Frankton Track between Queenstown and Frankton.
During this time, walking access to town should be via the main street route instead of the lakefront track.

The accomodation was great, clean, private with spectacular views. Close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants or only a quick drive. Would totally recommend this stay.

The location is great. Close walk to city centre. The condo is well equipped-especially the kitchen. The furnishings and decor are very dated and couch and chairs are not very comfortable. The carpet is in need of being replaced and there is a musty smell on the top floor. Checkin and checkout were seamless and communication was very good. Felt like we paid more than what the place was worth.

The apartment is lovely, well equipped and has a magnificent view. Our only issue was the garage and available parking. Renters should only take a compact car. The info about the garage was shared but too late in our plans. Dinged a car trying to maneuver the small garage and its tight entrance.

Please note that this listing and photos are indicative of the complex but may not be exactly the same apartment as per the photos. All apartments have the same wonderful views and location. The 2 bedroom option is our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 1 bedroom locked off for your stay. If you need 3 bedrooms please book our 3 bedroom option. The beds can be set up as 2 king, 4 singles or a combo - please advise at time of booking. The standard set up is 1 king and 2 singles.
