This newly remodeled studio loft 1.5 bath has a full-size kitchen, living room, and dining area. As you enter the condo, there is the living area with a gas fireplace and a 55-inch flat-screen streaming-only TV. ( Looks like a picture on the wall when not in use.) There are high ceilings and large windows for great light. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a dining table for 4. The half bath is located on this main level.

Upstairs is the loft bedroom with a King bed and access to a small balcony with mountain and complex views. The full-size bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The loft is open and looks down below to the living area. The condo is bright with white accents to make it seem bigger than it is. There is a large deck on the front of the condo as you enter it. Outdoor furniture is coming soon to sit and take in the relaxing views.

Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, shops, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Please note: The Villager Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
