The Laguna Residence by Esteem Retreats

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom guesthouse (with the option of an additional bedroom with ensuite) is conveniently located, so you'll have everything you need within easy reach. There are cafes, groceries, parks and transport all within walking distance.

- 3 min drive to Stanhope Leisure Centre
- 3 min drive to The Ponds Shopping Centre
- 2 min drive to The Ponds Stadium

Guests will have private access to most of the home during their stay (can request an additional one-bedroom ensuite). The house does have an attached duplex with a separate entrance and will not interfere with anyone staying in the retreat.

Self check-in is available for a smooth and flexible arrival. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

This is a 4-bedroom home where an additional bedroom ensuite can be requested. This will be locked when not in use and is the only area the guest cannot access other than the duplex.

If any questions or issues arise, do not hesitate to contact me on the Airbnb app. Once booked, I will also give out my phone number to ensure I am always contactable if needed.
