Lovely little loft apartment on the top of a building that is tucked away in a back alley. There is a coop mini market nearby and a handful of little cafes/ bacaro. Once you get the hang of navigating the streets it’s pretty easy. Watch your head on the steps if you’re tall!

Living locally in Venice

We loved the location! Discovering the gorgeous restaurants and cafes in local Venetian alleyways & yet close to everything. The host was lovely, super helpful & kindly allowed us to drop our bags early. Instructions on how to get to the property were clear and thorough. Loved our stay in Venice

Easy acess to public transport and restaurants

3rd floor walkup with easy acess to the ferry from the airport and a short walk from sightseeing areas and close to quiet local resturants, La Colonna was really good and I'd say Panificio Crosera is about as authentic as you can get.

Tucked away in a very quite section of Venice. Owner was extremely accommodating and excellent overall. Beautiful location for Venetian living.

Very nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Venice at this cute apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay and was close to cafe's, shops and the vaporetto. Highly recommend!

Charming and quiet

This place was very comfortable, very clean, and in a great location. We felt safe walking in the evenings. The stairs are a bit tight and steep going up with luggage, but overall a great place. Would stay here again.

Great and must stay in Venice.

We loved this apartment, it is close to the popular parts of town but removed enough so that is quiet and relaxing. Check in and out was smooth and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Venice.

Nice affordable stay in quiet neighborhood in Venice

Brankica was very communicative, and the place had everything that we needed for our stay. It was very clean. We had some difficulty with check in but were able to communicate with our host to resolve things. This was a great deal, and we would stay here again if it's available if we're in Venice again.

Comfortable and clean and groovy

Branika is an excellent host. She was kind enough to meet us and lead us through the maze of narrow passages to the apartment. Everything in the apartment was just like the photos.

After traveling staying in a place like home was a nice peaceful change. The owner was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in giving directions to these two 60 plus travelers to locate the place. Very well located to get to anywhere you need all the while away from the "tourist" area for peace and quiet.

Cozy and very quiet area in walking distance to historic sites and good dining. I visited for the Biennale and was easily able to walk to and from the Giardini each day. The area right around the apartment is not crowded with tourists at all, making it a very nice place to come back to after a busy day out!

Vacation in Venice

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment had all the amenities and was comfortable. It was close to transportation and not a far walk to major attractions, but it was far enough away so it was quiet. If I find myself back in Venice I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Venice.

Fabulous Location

One of the things that made this loft apartment stand out for me was the location. It was so easy to get to everywhere I wanted to visit from there! And at the same time, it felt like I was getting a taste of what living in Venice is really like. A wonderful experience.

Perfect location

The apartment had everything we needed. It was in a lovely quiet location but really handy for the vaporetto and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. We followed Brankica’s recommendation and ate nearby at the Osteria alla Frasca. We had a delicious meal in this lovely small restaurant. We would definitely return.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient

Perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and conveniently near boat shuttle from airport, as well as all of Venice’s sights. Clear directions and easy to find. We appreciated being able to drop our bags early.
