In this pretty apartment with nice view on the rooftops of Venice You can discover the real venetian life. Most of the venetians do not have their house at the Canal Grande. Narrow streets and the neighbours close up to You. Try this unique and fascinating way of living in Venice just a few steps away from the touristic sightseeings.

Rialto bridge and market close up, museum like Ca D’Oro, churches like the fine renaissance church Santa Maria dei Miracoli just round the corner.
And for a trip to Murano to admire the glass blowers working, take the vaporetto from the close jetty of Fondamenta Nuove.

Lovely little loft apartment on the top of a building that is tucked away in a back alley. There is a coop mini market nearby and a handful of little cafes/ bacaro. Once you get the hang of navigating the streets it’s pretty easy. Watch your head on the steps if you’re tall!

Living locally in Venice

We loved the location! Discovering the gorgeous restaurants and cafes in local Venetian alleyways & yet close to everything. The host was lovely, super helpful & kindly allowed us to drop our bags early. Instructions on how to get to the property were clear and thorough. Loved our stay in Venice

Besser geht’s nicht!

Wunderbare kleine Wohnung unterm Dach, und trotzdem ist man schnell oben. Schön eingerichtet und blitzsauber. In der Küche wurde an alles Gedacht. Die Gegend ist ruhig und nicht so touristisch. Bäckerei, Obst/Gemüse, Supermercato und Restaurants gleich ums Eck. Dazu noch tolle Tipps von der netten Gastgeberin. Was will man mehr?Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Easy acess to public transport and restaurants

3rd floor walkup with easy acess to the ferry from the airport and a short walk from sightseeing areas and close to quiet local resturants, La Colonna was really good and I'd say Panificio Crosera is about as authentic as you can get.

Magnifique

Emplacement idéal à deux pas des stations de vaporetto, à 3 pas de l’église Santa Maria dei miracoli, a 5 mn du début de strada nova et proche de commerces alimentaires. Parfait pour une pause au calme. Début décembre Venise est nettement moins fréquentée que le reste de l’année. Et merci à Brankica pour ses suggestions de visites. Le jardin derrière le Redontore à la Giudecca est effectivement mémorable. On y revient l’an prochain.

Very nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Venice at this cute apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay and was close to cafe's, shops and the vaporetto. Highly recommend!

Charming and quiet

This place was very comfortable, very clean, and in a great location. We felt safe walking in the evenings. The stairs are a bit tight and steep going up with luggage, but overall a great place. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and Welcoming Loft for two walkers

Brankica was very fast to respond with check in instructions and directions. Victoria was very welcoming upon check in and helped us locate the front door. The property is an easy climb up 2-3 flights of steps which provides nice morning sun and quiet all times of day. The fun cow print and artwork provided lots of character. The kitchen was well stocked with dishwater and pantry staples. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is away from the crowds and features a few local restaurants, and the stroll to the active areas of Venice is a great way to transition to the busier areas. The waterbus station is also very close and makes getting to and from the S Lucia train station very easy. Overall, this is a very cozy, comfortable, and clean Venice getaway for a few nights made for people that want to explore the city on foot.

Branika is an excellent host. She was kind enough to meet us and lead us through the maze of narrow passages to the apartment. Everything in the apartment was just like the photos.

Einfach nur schön!

Diese Wohnung hat alles, was wir zum Wohlfühlen in dieser schönen Lagunenstadt brauchen: eine gute und gemütliche Ausstattung mit viel Charme, gute Betten, Stauraum, Sauberkeit, eine sehr nette Vermieterin und eine Klimaanlage. Man ist mitten in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, hat Blick auf die Dächer von Venedig, der Massentourismus ist 10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Ein Gemüsestand befindet sich um die Ecke, ein Coop auch. Für uns gibt es keine bessere Wohnung in Venedig, und wir hoffen auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen.

Fabulous Location

One of the things that made this loft apartment stand out for me was the location. It was so easy to get to everywhere I wanted to visit from there! And at the same time, it felt like I was getting a taste of what living in Venice is really like. A wonderful experience.

Nice affordable stay in quiet neighborhood in Venice

Brankica was very communicative, and the place had everything that we needed for our stay. It was very clean. We had some difficulty with check in but were able to communicate with our host to resolve things. This was a great deal, and we would stay here again if it's available if we're in Venice again.
