Gulls Way, one of the best views in Paynesville
One of the best views in Paynesville. Fully renovated 3 bedroom house. Jetty berth available during your stay. Comfortable walk to the shops (40mins). Great outdoor living with a deck that overlooks the Lakes. Fully equiped with bedding and appliances including Nespresso coffee machine. Please note BYO linen.
The space
Magnificent views from the open plan lounge, kitchen, tv and dining areas. The deck has a 6 place outdoor table and a webber bbq for enjoyment of the out door living area. Back yard with a cloths line.
Guest access
Whole house, however some cupboards are locked for owner and detached storage room is also locked. Plenty of cupboard space available for guests.
Other things to note
BYO linen, one bathroom has a shower and the second one a bath. Both have toilets.
