Relax and recharge in this light-filled, pet-friendly loft home in the heart of Metung. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups, this self-contained space is just a short walk to the Bancroft Bay boardwalk, local shops, cafés, and the waterfront.

Lovely place, very clean and well set up and within easy walking distance to boardwalk for a magnificent view and access to all Metung has to offer. Hotel, cafes, pizza, fish & chips etc.The host was welcoming on arrival which was lovely.

Tracey was very hospitable. The Loft had lovely decor, very clean and everything needed for a lovely week away. The location was perfect with a short walk into the village along the boardwalk. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Perfect long weekend away with my teenager daughter a pooch.Accommodation was perfect. Instantly felt like we were on holidays. Had everything we needed and more.The doggy door and covers for the couch so our little furry friend could cuddle up with us was perfect. Will definitely be back again. Thank you

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Loft! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained, and we really appreciated how pet‑friendly it was. The built‑in dog door made things so easy for our pups, and my wife absolutely loved the loft bed. We were even welcomed with thoughtful snacks like Oreos and popcorn, which were perfect for our movie night. Tracey was also very responsive with any queries we had, making the whole stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The cottge was decorated in just the style I love, it was very comfortable and clean. There was a fenced area for our cavoodle.

Unfortunate Experience Due to Plumbing Problem

Our 3-day, 2-night stay at this property was unfortunately disrupted due to an issue with the toilet. On the evening of March 9, the toilet became completely clogged and unusable. Despite reaching out to the owner, the issue could not be resolved during our stay. We later learned that the cause was a blocked sewer in the street, which was beyond anyone’s control.Initially, the owner assumed that we had caused the blockage, which was disappointing. While an alternative toilet was offered, it was not a practical solution for us, especially as we had elderly family members who needed easy access during the night. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to end our trip early, leaving at 8 PM for a 4-hour drive home, which also meant canceling all our plans for the following day.We kindly requested a partial refund for the night we were unable to stay, but the owner declined, citing that an alternative was available. While we understand that unexpected issues can arise, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility in resolving the matter.On a positive note, the property was clean and as described, but due to the way this situation was handled, we would not book again. For future guests, we recommend discussing emergency arrangements with the owner in advance to ensure a smooth stay.

Good nature environment and qairt location. All fasility quate new. Best is driving to town center as 1 - 2 km walking distancence. its a bit of hard to find the house, microwave is not working properly
