Delightful

Clean modern property within walking distance to the town centre. Very well supplied with everything you might need. Lovely fenced property to take our canine companion. Loved our stay in Paynesville - the town and the property.

Enjoyable break

A very nice property. Very spacious. Walk to shops and waterfront. Close to a walking track called sunset walk. Quite enjoyable. Walk to town for a coffee, cross the road and watch the action on the river.

This house captured all the sun shining through the windows when we walked in,you could see all fingerprints on appliances and the floors looked a bit grubby. And although the toaster didn't work the lovely jam and fresh bread and warmth was a lovely touch.

We spent a great six nights at this property such a lovely place which accepted our fur babies who were catered for in a well maintained private and secure outside area. Within walking distance to the beach and cafes we couldn't have asked for a more perfect property. Loved every minute and wish to come back asap! Great property, was very clean & modern througout, just like pics. Was very accomadating for our family, especially the double garage space for our boats Walking distance to town, water/ boat ramp. Beds were very comfy, only very small issue was the light that came in the front bedroom at night from street lights. Air con in living area was great, ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and a portable fan in the other room was definitely required for the hot humid days,as rooms were very warm, as air con doesnt reach master room. Was a comfortable stay though, we enjoyed out time there.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not the best place I have stayed in, no wi-fi, barbecue was left in a dirty state, flies seem to get in from somewhere, the curtains did little to block out the morning sun and there was no view only noisey neighbours.

Home away from home

Fantastic family accommodation, with lots of very thoughtful details. From the padlock on the gate to secure the yard, to the mosquito coils that make sitting outside pleasant. Great location, handy to shops and great dog walks. Lovely, clean and practical.

Modern house in great location

Nice clean modern house walking distance from the lake and Main Street. However, the house does not have wi fi and the main bedroom has some challenges. The blinds are not closely fitted so the street light shines through and as it faces east, morning light filters through too. Also there is no door between the main bedroom and ensuite. Apart from these issues the house was nice and clean and well fitted.

Fantastic well equipped home in a convenient location. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay. Bread and jam and milk on arrival was a lovely touch. Wifi and better blinds in the master to block out the light should be considered
