Enjoy the amazing views of beautiful Lake Hamilton in our updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage.

Buena Vista is a gated complex which offers 2 swim docks, a large swimming pool, a common area for grilling &/or just relaxing outdoors. You will also have access to a laundry facility, boat launch, and trailer parking all located onsite.

Being only minutes from downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Park & Casino, Magic Springs Crystal Falls Theme & Water Park, and a multitude of other attractions, you cannot go wrong with staying with us.

Included in the 1 bedroom, 1 bath is a queen bed, 32” television, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, & covered parking spot (must be used to avoid fines).

Amazing cottage on the river. Great view of the sun rising and setting. We celebrated our 1year anniversary. Cottage was clean, host thought of all necessities that would be needed and provided insight of wonderful places to visit while in town. Easy check in and check out process. We will be returning‌

Had a great weekend stay at this cozy getaway! We have stayed here multiple times and will be back. Perfect for two people. A wonderful view of the lake and close to shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. The cottage is always clean with lots of extras. The host is very accommodating. Love this place!

Great little cottage

This cottage was a perfect getaway for two, very clean. The views where spectacular. Was very comfortable sitting on porch with cup of coffee every morning. Easy access to lake for a swim every day, we were able to do a little fishing as well. Location was perfect tucked away but very close to main strip

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at this fantastic cottage on the lake! The location is close to everything, yet tucked away in a private little community. The unit was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication from the host and easy check in/check out. Highly recommend this lovely cottage!

Thanksgiving break get away

Amazing place

This is the go to place for our Anniversary every year. .Location is quite and so close to lake and all the fun activities. so close. Cottage is nice clean and stocked with most items you would need away from home.. So, if your looking for a place that has it all this is it. Will be back next year!!

A walk down memory lane

I was the 1 year anniversary of my dad's passing. This was the property we vacationed at when I was little. The cottage was great and so was the view of the lake. We had a wonderful time. So much has not changed but I miss the wreck room. Would definately recommend for a relaxing trip!

Great base camp

We use the house as a base camp to check out the area. We explored several state parks and other attractions that locals told us about. We wanted to fish from shore, but the water level was down 9 feet. We stopped to a couple different bed shops, and they all said that Fishing from shore was not good at this time. You have to wait till the water comes back up. The house was perfect for two people and we enjoyed our time there. The geese are the local neighbors and they let you know that they are there early in the morning and late in the evening.

Love this cottage

Really enjoy getting away to this cottage on our Hot Springs get away. Very quite with a beautiful view! Stocked with everything and that's a plus. Easy check in and friendly.. If your looking to be close to everything without all the traffic and people? This is your place.!! See ya next year.

Peaceful and Beautiful

The cottage was just as described! The view was beautiful and so peaceful. Almost anything you will need is provided both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is perfect. Close to a WalMart and any restaurants or shops you'd ever want. We went on a fishing trip on lake Ouchita with Darryl with Family Fishing Trips. He was a lot of fun to fish with and we caught 48 crappie in about 4 hours. I think we'll probably rent a boat the next time we go so that we can explore Lake Hamilton. I recommend this little cottage to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to stay on Lake Hamilton. Thanks Amanda! Wayne and Sonya Ryder

Great place to stay

We loved it it was convenient to everything and also very peaceful and quiet. Loved the view of the lake. Also very safe inside a gated community . Excellent parking. College drop off getaway

We’ve stayed here before (in March). Didn’t get to do everything then, so planned a little getaway for after we dropped off our youngest in Fayetteville. As before, not disappointed. Very close to everything- from bathhouse row to Garven Gardens. Love the gated community. Gives that extra touch of security. Jamie is super responsive if there’s questions or issues.
