PARKING & GETTING AROUND

Free street parking is available in the neighborhood but is not reserved or guaranteed. Please observe all posted parking signs and restrictions.

Prefer to leave the car behind? The East Falls SEPTA Regional Rail Station is within walking distance, making it easy to travel into Center City. The neighborhood is also well suited to exploring on foot or by bike, particularly with Kelly Drive and the Schuylkill River Trail nearby.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchen, workspace, laundry facilities, front porch, and fully fenced backyard.

Contactless self check-in is available via smart lock. Please note that the basement is locked and is not accessible to guests.

PLEASE NOTE

• Pets allowed at $50 per pet, per day. Guests are responsible for picking up all dog waste — bags must be tied and placed inside another bag before going in the trash bin.

• This is a quiet, residential family neighborhood, and we ask that you please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and other noise to a reasonable level during these hours, particularly when using the front porch or rear garden, as sound carries easily.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep them away from the garden and landscaping.

• Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Guest Verification Required: Before arrival, the primary guest must complete the rental agreement and ID verification through our secure third-party portal, SuiteOp, in order to receive check-in instructions.

Toilet paper only in the toilet—Keeps the plumbing happy!
