Summary:
So close to the Back 40 trail loop. Locked storage for 2 bikes. Others can be under the deck in the fenced backyard. Laundry. Cable, wifi, & tv's in both bedrooms and living room. We provide all basic items and a fully-stocked kitchen. I King & 1 Queen. 1 Suite and 1 w/ guest bath a couple steps away. Charcoal grill provided. Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid!

The Space:
Cozy, cool, eclectic space perfect for anyone wanting a home away from home! Seclusion abounds at this wooded cottage! Perfect basecamp for all that the area has to offer for you and your fur babies!
We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is not provided so we ask that you plan to bring one). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules.

The owner of this house does not allow use of the fireplace for safety reasons.
Pets are allowed at this property. The pet fee is $40 per pet. Dogs MUST STAY OFF FURNITURE, we also ask that you pick up after your dog uses the bathroom. Please do not leave pets unattended, we encourage crating your dogs if you do leave without them. Thank you for being considerate to the next guest and request of the home owner.

Interaction with Guests:
While we are here if you need us, we respect your privacy during your stay. Guests can check in with ease with no contact. You will receive check in instructions the day of check in that will include a door code.
