2 bedrooms, 1 king, 2 twins, and a Queen foldout. Sleeps 6 total.
All new furnishings, and fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer for convenience. Coffee/Keurig machine, TVs in both Bedrooms, bathroom accessories, and 2 parking spots.
Conveniently located, a walk away from Country Club, and a mile from Hwy 71, with easy access to all of NWA.

10 mins from Bentonville/Rogers, 40 from Fayetteville/UofA.
Guest passes for use of BV amenities are available at no charge if requested.
Easy access to five 18 hole courses, local hiking/biking trails, and near several lakes for boating/fishing.

My sister and I stayed here from WI while she made final preparations for her upcoming wedding. This cozy unit is fully furnished and we wished we had more time to use the kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised on the location of this unit. Very close to Bella Vista and Bentonville. We wished the weather was nicer to explore the surrounding area by walking. I would recommend this unit.

Beautifully Updated and Clean Townhome

This extremely clean little townhome has tons of interior updates, great furniture, and lovely decor. Beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a Roku TV in each of the main rooms. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, with more than enough speed for any traveler!The neighborhood is older, and the building exterior and entrance could use some maintenance. We also found the shower to be quite low on water pressure (not a simple fix usually). Overall, we had a very good experience and feel this Bella Vista townhome offers an outstanding value—especially if you need to bring a small pet along for your stay. Definitely would recommend!

Golfing, hiking, biking and several recreational lakes are all accessible, many within walking distance.

Our property is a short walk away from the Country Club, which has an 18 hole championship golf course, access to the Back 40 hiking/biking trails, and a short drive to 6 area lakes for boating, and other activities.
