Pretty old house 140m2 in a quiet area with charm of the old and the modern
private swimming pool 7x3.5m secured by a bar tarpaulin (heated July and August), a cosy outdoor area with 3 terraces, one of which is covered, a relaxation area with mattresses... plancha, barbecue, outdoor shower, 900m2 wooded grounds.
The house is fully equipped, modern and functional kitchen, American fridge... On the first floor toilet and bathroom, upstairs 4 bedrooms with double beds, toilet and bathroom.
Located in the Côte de Bourg vineyards. In the surrounding area, visit, walk, beach:
10 minutes from the Citadel in Blaye, prehistoric cave
35 minutes from Bordeaux, St-Emilion...
Less than 1 hour beaches Gironde and Charente (17), Royan, Cognac
