We rent our beautiful typical Cerdanya farmhouse, located in Egat, 2 km from Font-Romeu and its slopes.
This house of character, overlooking the entire Cerdanya plateau, offers a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. Facing south, you will benefit from sunshine from morning to evening.
Privileged location, a stone's throw from many points of interest.
With a large enclosed garden of 500m² on the terrace, the farm allows you to ideally enjoy your stay in the mountains in all seasons.
This 250m² house can accommodate up to 22 people. Perfect for groups, families and couples of friends with children.
It is also possible to rent only part of the house if a smaller group, with an adapted price.

DESCRIPTION:
- On the first floor, kitchen on the first floor with the garden, renovated, fully equipped (induction hob, microwave and oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue set, ...)
Possibility to have lunch in the garden (+ barbecue)

- Upstairs, 22 beds:
*2 master suites (with bathrooms included) +
*a studio (160+ bed, small kitchen and bathroom included) +
*2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed + 2 single beds). One of these two bedrooms is a mezzanine. There is a bathroom with a separate bathtub that accompanies these bedrooms.
* 1 dorm with 6 single beds and a bathroom
* a passage room that is a reading and video room: it contains a two-seater armchair if needed for a complement ...

⚠️ Only kitchen linen is provided as well as bath mats. For the rest of the bedding (duvet cover/fitted sheet + pillowcases is to be brought or rented (we can give you the contact of a good agency nearby and at a reasonable price).

PAYMENT
30% deposit at the time of booking and balance upon arrival.

PRICES for the weeks of whole house holidays:

Christmas and February holidays: 3500 euros per week
Easter holidays: 3000 euros per week
Summer holidays between 3000 and 3500 euros

If you rent for two consecutive weeks, we can discuss the price together in order to get a discount.
