Fully furnished this well-located condo offers 1100 square feet of comfort with two split bedrooms and two baths, both with new queen beds, and new appliances including washer and dryer in the unit. Fully equipped living room, dining room and kitchen.
New couch with queen pull-out bed in the living room. Sliding door will lead you out to private covered balcony, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or reading your favorite book. Feel at home with large screen smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one of the bedrooms, password protected Wi-Fi and lots of storage space including walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Condo entrance is on the second floor and includes assigned covered parking space nearby the unit.
Quiet neighborhood away from traffic, relax by the pool (heated in winter months) or soak in the hot tub. Grills, picnic tables and fitness center are also included. YMCA is right next door!
Just minutes away to all popular shopping, dining, entertainment, amusement, recreation and hiking, this condo is perfect for vacation needs or business travel.
Owner will consider dog under 40 pounds with a $400 non-refundable pet fee.
Per the homeowner's association, 30-day minimum stay is required.

Better than we anticipated.

Location excellent, next to YMCA, great restaurants, in the hub of everything but very quiet, unit layout is great for 2nd couple visit as has two very separate bedrooms with bath. Bit too much decor that could be eliminated. Sandy owner very accomodating.
