Renovated apartment in 2025, located in a chalet with 8 accommodations, in the heart of the peaceful Riffroids neighborhood. Enjoy a beautiful clear view and an ideal location: only 350 meters from the village center and Champ Giguet, and 250 meters from the ski slopes.

LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: 15 m2,

KITCHEN: 2-burner induction hob, multi-function oven, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment.

LIVING ROOM: comfort sofa, armchairs, television, French window leading to an East-facing balcony.

Spiral staircase to access bedrooms and mansard bathroom (lowest point 1.40m):

BEDROOM 14 m2: 2 single beds 80 cm (forming a 160 cm bed), wardrobe-closet, skylight.

SMALL LOGGIA AREA (not enclosed): 2 single beds (80 cm).

BATHROOM: bathtub, washbasin, WC, small window.

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
