Welcome to our paradise off the lake! It is a fully furnished one story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home perfect for families and friends. The location is ideal; just about one mile to Windsor launch and the same distance to London Bridge. This home is super clean with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay and relax! The house is decorated in a tropical theme with Tommy Bahama brand linens and furnishings. Enjoy the sunsets from the front porch with a perfect panoramic lake view!!

This home was perfect for my family vacation. The house honestly exceeded my expectations. Super comfortable and nice. The host was great at communicating and very nice. My whole family was really happy with our stay and we have no complaints!

It's a Gem!

The property itself was perfect for our needs (short getaway), close to the boat launch at Windsor beach and near the boat rentals. It was incredibly hot while we were there, and the A/C worked perfectly to keep the house very comfortable. The kitchen had lots of appropriate pots and pans, as well as servingware. The backyard doesn't have much (i.e. no patio furniture or amenities), but this wasn't an issue for us. We had some difficulty figuring out the WiFi upon arrival, but the hosts were so incredibly available and reachable that we had our answer before we could even finish unpacking!

Everything you need!

This was our second time staying at this property as part of an annual trip, and I'd definitely stay here again! The property is well-kept, clean, and cozy. The location is very central to restaurants, attractions, and boat ramps. The host is readily available and friendly. All around great place!

We love Havasu because there is always something to do. Whether it is taking a boat out and having a fun day on the lake or renting an off road vehicle and traveling around the backroads and mountains. There are great bars and restaurants around town as well as golf and other outdoor activities!

What makes this property unique

This family friendly home is great for all ages. It is always clean, comes with several amenities and the views from the front porch are incredible!
