Come stay at the Pirate’s Den in Lake Havasu!

The Pirate's Den features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have Queen beds and one bedroom has bunk beds for the kids! The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic utensils, pots & pans, an electric stove, a microwave, a blender, coffee maker, and a separate ice maker that can produce up to 30lbs of ice a day. The large living room has a view of the lake. There is plenty of seating and a 55" 4K UHD Smart television for streaming only (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Master bedroom also has a 55" 4K UHD Smart television and the kids room with the bunk beds has 27" TV with Roku. Guests have full access to our washer and dryer.

Relax in the backyard, in our sparkling salt water pool. Backyard features an outdoor dining set with 6 chairs. Dining set is under shaded pergola. There are 4 sun lounge chairs to get your tan on! Weber propane BBQ is available for those cookouts by the pool. BBQ tools and propane provided. The Jacuzzi tub is available for fall and winter and early spring. (Empty during the summer months). Pool is not heated.

Our home has three 45 ft. RV/boat pads that have full hookups! (30amp). For safety and security, there are security cameras located around the exterior of the home.

On North side of town. On the lake side of Highway 95. 2.8 miles from Windsor Ramp, minutes from downtown.

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras covering the outside perimeter of the home. They are placed in the front parking area, on either side of the house and facing the back of the property. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guest's expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Thanksgiving Vacation for a family of 7

The site pictures dont do the home justice. We were very happy upon arrival. No issues and when we had questions the host was quick to respond. It was a great stay and i would recommend the property for larger families.

Outstanding

This is our 5th year of wintering in Lake Havasu. With that said, it was far and away the best place we have stayed - all the way around. Cleanliness - over the top - by far our best of all the rental places we've stayed at. Communications - outstanding - short, sweet and quick!! Accommodations - exceeded our expectations. This is the first review I have ever done, that was enjoyable to do. Thanks again for a very enjoyable time.

Amazing!

Awesome place to stay! There was plenty of room and it was very clean, the driveway is huge and perfect for those bringing a boat or RV. We loved the pool, and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend to anyone who wanted to book! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, and the responsiveness. Everything went smooth with check in and check out. 😌 will book again

Our Vacation stay

Thank you! We enjoyed our stay here at the Pirates Den! For our family with 3 young adult kids, it was nice that there are 4 rooms. Very nice private outdoor space in the back with a pool and hot tub. I had a question for the owner at one point, and he responded right away. Check-in was super easy. Great spot! Thanks again!

Very spacious home. Host was great to work with and Very quick to respond. Pool too cold to use. Barking dogs in the neighborhood a nuisance. Highway noise took awhile to get used to. Very steep driveway.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this nice family home. Aside from fond they have provided everything. We brought pool towels and shampoo to find they even provide those for guests.

Great place to stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for about two weeks. Everything was awesome! Driveway is a little steeper than expected, but fully useable, just got to be careful! No complaints!
