Walking distance to NC State University Centennial Campus. This is the perfect location for visiting professors at NC State or researchers doing work on NCSU Centennial campus. (some of the walk is on a very busy road)

15-20 minutes to RTP (Research Triangle Park) Easy access to I-40 and I-440 just outside the neighborhood.

15 minutes to the airport

20 minutes to some parts of Durham

The Red Hat Amphitheater and Convention Center are just a short 3-4 minute drive.

The home is also close to PNC Arena, Coastal Federal Music Park.

**Public transportation is located right outside of the neighborhood.

**Grocery store, dollar tree, gas station and ATM are all in walking distance.

The home is suitable for up to 5 guests.

The space is open with plenty of room to hangout, relax or work. The master bedroom features a private bathroom while the guest bedroom has a hall bath right next door.

There is also a patio where you can enjoy fresh air during your stay. The guest bedroom has a desk and chair work area for those traveling for business in the Raleigh (RDU) area.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliance for your temporary or corporate stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The neighborhood is residential and tucked away but very close to everything. Aside from downtown Raleigh and all the major attractions this neighborhood is also close to the beautiful farmers market where you can get local produce, flowers and food. You'll also find yourself close to Dorthea Dix Park where you there is always a fun event happening. Dorthea Dix Park also has wonderful views of the Raleigh skyline and a beautiful seasonal sunflower park.
Our favorite local brewery is Trophy Tap Room located on Maywood. There are friendly brew-masters and staff there and lots of great beers on tap...plus you can play all your favorite board games & eat from a local food truck.

There is also a grocery store within 1 mile and a laundry mat within 2 miles.
