One bedroom one bath condo off of 63rd street, right off the bridge. Everything you need within walking distance including the beach. Literally 100 ft from the beach no lugging beach items. takes less than five minutes to walk back up to the bathroom if needed. Popular restaurants and market across the street specifically like Dead Freddie's, moms market and a deli. In walking distance bad monkey, seacrets and much more. Cab to seacrets arrives usually with in 15 min. You have a clear view of the beach from your private deck for your morning coffee. C cup coffee machine and coffee complimentary. Plenty of restaurants deliver too the unit as well.
Queen bed and triple bunk in beds. Pull out couch in living room.
This unit has been fully renovated and is darling. Has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Bring extra towels for beach or an additional towel service for a small fee is available if notified 24 hours before arrival or surcharge applies.
Please do not smoke inside.

Just what we needed.

Drove from Illinois for a concert and to hit the beach. The beach is just a few feet away and the place was great with a great host!

Great location and cute decor

The condo was foot steps to the beach and dog friendly. Cute complex with quiet neighbors. It is small but nice updated kitchen. The queen bed and couch were not comfortable. I would stay there again .

Great place with kids

Cute condo that is seconds from the beach. Great place to stay if you have small children. Balcony has a ceiling fan which makes is really comfortable to sit out there on hot days. The place is a little small but great for a short beach getaway! The building has an outdoor shower which was great after the beach.

Cozy condo great for family beach fun.

Perfect condo for family fun at the beach ⛱️. Literally 50 steps from beach, with all the amenities you'd need for a nice stay. 3 kids loved the bunk bed, and loved that their furry sister could join them on vacay. As others have mentioned, the outdoor shower is very handy for cleaning off before coming back in. Only thing missing was wifi, which wasn't working while we were there.

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean and peaceful. We loved having 2 balconies. One in front and back. The only wish I had was s dryer. Other than that is was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I just stayed at this property. Alyssa was easy to communicate with. We had a hard time opening the lock box (our fault) and she responded to us promptly. We did use our own linens, but those provided were nice. The overall condo was very clean with easy access to the beach. Thanks for such a great first stay at the beach!

Oceans Calling

We booked this 7 months in advance, which was great. We attended the oceans calling festival which tickets and places to stay were hard to come by. My wife and I were able to bring two of our dogs which was our selling point. The condo was very nice for the two of us. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, but overall met our needs. There was an ocean view and easy beach access. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Great location, great price, great experience.

Nice, but needs some maintenance

Overall it was nice, the main bed had a broken support so it sagged and the couch was super stained, however kitchen and bathroom very clean. Quiet space near water! Great for family, just needs some deep sofa cleaning and readjusted support on queen bed.

Location is a dream!

Location is a dream and the owner has done a fantastic job decorating a small Condo and making good use of the space with the right size furniture etc. Owner’s instructions were perfect and we had no trouble getting in and the Parking space was awesome! Only thing I will say is that the sliding glass door to the balcony doesn’t lock and I found it somewhat troubling safety wise, and as renters of this condo, you must bring your own bedding because the comforters etc. were filthy. Better pots would have been nice so that I could have used your lovely kitchen and an overall wipe down of the place (ceiling fan blades, bathroom toilet etc.) would have made this place a 5. But all in all, the owner has a gem of a condo and the location can’t be beat! Thanks for a lovely visit to OC and I hope you will take my suggestions to only make this place that much better!

I also am embarrassed and totally agree that it is time for new comforters! I have placed an order today for future guests. I will also be giving a deep clean this week. Thank you for your stay. Great ‘Lil Beach Condo

My boyfriend and I stayed at this beach condo for Memorial Day Weekend and it did not disappoint. You can see the beach from the private deck, so the location alone is great. It is quite small, I couldn’t imagine staying here if we had kids, but it was great for the two of us. Only complaints are the WiFi for the Roku TV kept cutting out and only worked about half the time. The queen bed wasn’t very comfortable, however, the owner replaced the mattress the last day we were there (which was slightly inconvenient as we had to leave the space for her to do so), but she asked and we allowed it. The pull out couch is comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it’s about what you expect for a beach stay. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, paper towels and dish soap. The condo itself is on 63rd street so we were able to walk most places which was convenient. There’s a deli/general store you can buy groceries and beer across the street. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

It was ok…

When we arrived I read how to get access to the condo. We had a hard time trying to get the bolt lock undone and I called the owner of the property and she did not answer nor did she call back!!! I left a voicemail and got nothing so that was not good. Thankfully we got it unlocked but still not ok for the owner of the property to not call back and make sure everything was ok. Going into this I read the comments and alot of people said this place was small and it definitely was especially for a family of 4. Nowhere to eat the table was super small not much space to make breakfast. For cleaniness it was ok. Floors werent clean, trash in the kitchen was not taken out. No dish soap no hand soap in the bathroom. Location was good. Beach was walking distance, restaurants close by. It was cute one of the nights the neighbors got a projector together and put a movie on for all the kids that lived there so my kids did enjoy that. Would I come back here again? Definietly not but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Not what we thought, spend the little bit more for better

No wifi, asked for a passwords that was provided but it wouldn't work at all. We used an insane amount of data just even using GPS while in Maryland. Screen door so hard to open and close we ended up giving up and then not using the balcony and the owner knew of the door issue (per our messages) and yet released no prior info on that. The person below us came up to tell us she had water going down her kitchen wall all over the place. We had a person in the shower at the time. A plumber was called to tell us it's not the plumbing, its the lack of maintenance on the house, as the water was coming down from tiles that were rotting and pulling away. Asked for any kind of refund as we were inconvenienced with plumbers, people coming up to tell us about water, couldnt use the deck and zero wifi with 5 kids, so night time was great (sarscm) and owner had no reply to asking of any refund but happily messaged to ask if my car was in the spot, well obviously no as I was driving home. In my opinion, just pay a few more dollars. The condo complex is called the lazy whale and with the lack of maintenance it lived up to the word lazy. It would be a 1 star. They are getting a 2 star cause it was so close to the beach, not that we enjoyed it from the balcony. Still to this date, over a week before writing this, no reply from owner at all. Awful!

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi password was a capital H and not a lower case h as some guest have made the mistake of. The reason the plumber came was because there was leaking in the unit below. To ensure safety for everyone I called a plumber. The last time this happened was with four children in the unit. The plumber stated it was from water over flow/excessive splashing 💦 and leaking out rim of the tub. I would suggest if you have over 3 children this unit is not for you. Yes, the condition of the slider is not perfection as is on order. I'm sure it did make it frustrating that the kids could not open it them selves that was I'm sure frustrating. If I am addressed respectfully and reasonably than I am totally willing to work with requests and favors but, when demanding and disrespectful not so much. Custom over sized slider will gracefully make its entrance into the unit Jan 2022.

Great location

We loved the location! Being able to walk right on to the beach was fabulous! The view from the balcony was also wonderful! However, there were a few things that didn’t live up to our expectations. We comfortably slept 5 adults, but there was almost no room for our bags and stuff we brought. The condo is cute and nicely decorated. There is just very little room for anything other than the actual guests themselves. When we arrived there were clean linens in a bag outside the door. We ended up having to change the sheets ourselves and there weren’t enough to cover all the beds. The condo also didn’t look cleaned, or if it was it was done very quickly with little care. There wasn’t any soap in the unit at all. After a long road trip we all had to use the bathroom right away and we couldn’t wash our hands until we went to the store and purchased our own soap. Luckily we brought hand wipes!! There was only one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. We ended up having to buy a lot of essentials that we would have brought from home had we known we’d need them. I had messaged Alyssa a few days before our trip to ask some last minute questions, including if we needed to bring extra linens and kitchen essentials, and she never responded. If you are planning to cook while there you also will need to bring your own cooking utensils. We had to make egg sandwiches with a spoon which was funny but obviously not ideal. Overall, we had a great time staying here! We just wish more was provided upon arrival.

We loved the deck it was great. We did have some trouble getting into the place, with the lockbox. also, there was no way to get in touch with owner, we were having trouble with the wi fi. i did reach out to her with email and she did respond. I would go again though and use her facility.

All mattresses were just sufficient. Decorating was cute. This place was just big enough for my family of 6. Insufficient storage for clothing. Loved the designated parking spot. Very close to the beach; outdoor showers was perfect

awesome location, cute place!

Cute little modern place, we loved the location - so close to the beach! You can walk to Fager's Island. It has a great little patio to sit out on. The owner was so nice. Great & easy to communicate with. Would DEF stay here again. Just a little tip for the fellow clean freaks/germophobes, I would recommend bringing your own sheets, pillow and a blanket for the queen sized bed. That helped me to feel more comfortable using a shared bed outside of a hotel.

We are a family of four with young boys and live in Northern Virginia. We have been coming to Ocean City with our family for years. We love to have a comfortable place for us to stay when we do come that that feels like home. That is why we love to make sure all corners are decorated and comfortable. You will also find we have all the things equipped to cook, clean and sleep the way you see fit especially for young kids. Cook wear, coffee, blankets, pack and play, high chair and pillows.

This condo is located in the Lazy Whale Community established in the 1940's. There is well established sets of families that are kind and care. The property is well manicured and pleasing to the eye. The area feels safe any time of the day.

This is a unique property because it has been around so long. There are so many accessible restaurants in the area that are near by. You can even walk across the street for sit down eating or markets. The view for this price point in phenomenal not to mention the walk to the beach is less 100ft.
