Dentro do expectável

Apartamento simpatico , bem equipado e confortável. Como aspecto negativo apenas o facto de o prédio estar em obras e ainda em más condições, ao contrario do apartamento que está recuperado (ainda com uma ou outra questão a resolver). Falta de exaustor na cozinha complica a possibilidade de cozinhar em casa
