This unique home has many of the original 1957 charm and features. From radiant concrete floors throughout the main living space, original kitchen (with original stove and burners), beautiful exposed wood ceilings and brick. While we have held on to the charming aspects we have updated things like the two bathrooms and added some fun modern design elements. This home has a incredible indoor outdoor design with most of the rooms facing the massive, lush, fenced in yard. The yard features a bistro illuminated dining and lounge area and a grassy area perfect for playing croquet or lounging on a blanket.

The home features a large carport, unique for Portland and great for avoiding the rain when brining in the groceries. There is also a shed on the side of the fenced in yard where you can store and lockup your bikes.
