The apartment was fine. Old but good. We were told there would be two keys in a lockbox and we’re given the code to the lockbox. There was only one key in the lock box. When we got to the apartment, everything was fine except that the bathroom does not have an electrical outlet. That is easily fixable by just adding a light switch outlet plug instead of just having a light switch. Also, there was a pullout bed, and there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout bed. We were told they were in the linen closet, but the only thing in the linen closet were towels. The main bed was firm, which I appreciate but keep that in mind if you were renting. Everything else was OK with the place and it was in an excellent location in Tosa Village.

Great Location/Accomodations

Cute 1 bedroom apartment that perfectly met our needs. The host, Ian, was a great communicator and answered all questions promptly!

Fun times in ‘Tosa

Great location. Rental unit was as described. Host was helpful with checkin:checkout process and any questions that I had. Overall very good experience.

The building is a little bit older, however the apartment is updated and has everything you need. There is a full kitchen. Bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Everything was very clean, from the bed to the living and dining areas. If you plan to do laundry bring quarters, it’s 1.50 for a wash and dry. You are walking distant to some great food places and only a 15-20 minute drive to Milwaukee and all the attractions in the city. Overall this was an amazing experience and would definitely book again.

Everything we needed and more

We were very pleased with the apartment. We wanted a home base while we visited family in the area and found this great spot close to Milwaukee and 45 min drive to Lake Geneva. The apartment had all new furniture, well equipped kitchen and space for dining and relaxing. I often walked to coffee in the morning. Hosts were always responsive in answering my questions. We will definitely book this again!

Nice place in great neighborhood

Bedroom could use a dresser. Checkout experience wasn't great. Felt like we were being rushed out the door.

Thank you for recognizing your excellent experience with a 5 star review. We offer a very reasonable 11am checkout time, and after this guest was more than an hour late, I called as a friendly reminder that checkout was an hour ago and that our cleaners are waiting to prepare for the next guests. Checkout time is clearly stated in the house rules, and a reminder email with checkout procedures was sent the day before. We are glad this guest enjoyed their stay and it's too bad they felt rushed after being more than an hour late.

Perfect location to enjoy Wauwatosa

The apartment was both stylishly decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the feathers theme. We loved exploring the charming shops of Wauwatosa. We hope to stay here again!
