On the ground floor with private entrance, this space is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or travelling executive. The living area with comfortable seating area is open to the dining room and kitchen. Extra high ceilings and an open floor plan make the space seem quite spacious and inviting. Big screen smart TV with lots of streaming options. Queen size pillow top extra comfortable bed. Ultra modern bathroom with big walk in shower. And a private courtyard with seating!

Perfect location for us to explore downtown! A few odd things about the layout of the place, but good enough for my partner and I to relax in when we were tired. Wish the outdoor patio would’ve been more presentable to sit out in the cool mornings due to the excessive leaves when we checked in and an overturned/buried chair in the leaves, but overall the stay was nice!

The cottage is conveniently located for an extended stay (including being in walking distance of Kroger, the only grocery store in the Historic District. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet and there’s always parking spots available. The living room ceiling peaks into 2-stories. The completely private back yard with patio allowed me to keep the screen door open on great weather days. The bathroom is roomy. And kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware I needed. I had a really lovely stay. If you’re traveling as a couple, there is no way to close off the living/dining room from the bedroom. I had a terrific stay and hope to be back soon.

Nice place to stay for a few days in Savannah. The location was great. It was quiet, but still a pleasant walk to wherever we wanted to go. Clary's a quick walk away for a great breakfast.

I love this property because of its superb historic district location. Close to everything but a little off the beaten path in a quieter side of downtown. This space is so open and airy with a comfortable courtyard space too. Perfect for short term or long term getaway.
